“"Tacoma's Best Hotel with Style"”

Whenever I have traveled to Tacoma to visit, relatives don't even have to ask what hotel I'm at -- they already know, it is the Hotel Murano. To the point that, to verify it is the Hotel Murano, they will ask, "you're at the usual place?," and of course the answer is yes. Yes because: the ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing and the decor is beautiful, from the lounge, the restaurant to the guest room; the hotel staff are professional and pleasant; the food in the restaurant is delicious and the service is attentive; The Hotel Murano is centrally located and is within walking distance of the bank and the post office or a short car ride to other attractions. There is ample public transportation for the adventurous to go "local." I highly recommend it.

“Wedding Night Stay!”

We had our wedding reception at the Museum of Glass that evening and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We both lived in Seattle and chose to spend the night in Tacoma and didn't regret our decision to stay here. We had a standard room (forgot what it's called) and they upgrade us to a suite which was beautiful with a view. We also took pictures throughout the lobby area which is very modern and chic. Recommend staying here for a special night in Tacoma.

“the best place to stay in Tacoma”

Even though the Murano was one of the most expensive hotels in Tacoma, it definitely was worth the extra money! Everything from the sheets, the service, all the way to the hallways and art, it was all amazing.

“WOW WOW WOW”

This hotel exceeded my expectations - it was simply beautiful. The staff was wonderful - friendly, helpful and polite. The glass art was amazing, the room was just perfect. Our room had a view of Mt. Rainier. A full 5 star rating for this hotel.

“Loved the architecture”

The hotel was sleek and modern. It also was conveniently located to other places of interest that were in walking distance.

“Hall of the hand blown glass breasts”

Very nice hotel. The glass art was fun although a little eccentric on our floor and might not be appropriate for everyone. Room was large and comfortable. I do have to say that the dining staff was a bit unprepared for the dinner crowd before the concert most everyone in the hotel that night was attending. Overall, it was an excellent night out and a nice treat to ourselves.

“Who knew Tacoma could be this great?”

My sister was visiting us in Seattle from California. We've taken her just about everywhere in Seattle during previous visits, so we decided to go to the Museum of Glass and stay at Hotel Murano overnight. Absolutely beautiful hotel with a very comfortable elegance. Large room (double double) with a nice view of the bay. Great dinner and breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant and enjoyed drinks later in the evening in the lounge. Toured the hallways and probably saw more glass art than at the museum. Friendly staff, great bartender! Bought some glass souvenirs in the gift shop which was much more reasonable than the gift shop at the museum. A great time was had by all! Should have stayed longer.
