Best B&B Ever!Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: Absolutely everything! They have shared their home with others in the best way possible!
Location: Beautifully located with multiple balconies with views of the water!
We can't say enough about this absolutely exquisite villa! In our 25 years of marriage, we agree that this was our favorite place to stay and we can't wait to return. The owners are gracious, warm, generous, and great conversationalists! Toni made the best three breakfasts and made sure we were comfortable, happy and well fed before each of our days out exploring. There were seven Christmas trees, each beautifully decorated inside the house (three of them in the first landing of the splendid staircase). Martin waited up for us, as we arrived well after midnight the first night. They knew the area and were able to give us helpful tips and it felt more like we were staying with good friends than just at a hotel. If you go to Tacoma, you MUST stay at The Villa and you will never want to stay at a hotel again. The home was replete with good books, board games, comfortable chairs, antiques, charm and great people! We will definitely stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality, Toni and Martin!

A marvelous B&B near UPS and the SoundPosted Nov 15, 2014
Toni made everything warm and wonderful from greeting us with tea upon our late arrival to serving up terrific but healthy breakfasts. She provided us with great local touring tips such as the stunning 5 mile drive. But what made this stay stand apart is the splendid architecture and decor--don't miss it!

The Villa B& B needs a good going overPosted Sep 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Upon arriving at the Villa B& B one is impressed with the proportions of the house set in a leafy neighborhood of Tacoma. At the front door one is greeted by piles of garden implements. Once inside, an ironing board is in plain sight and in the scullery, dishes are piled high. And this is at four o'clock in the afternoon. Although the sheets are clean, they are worn through. In the bathroom the rugs and spa robes need a good wash. The hostess stated that she is having trouble getting help. Help, however, is needed both inside and outside this establishment. We will not return to the Villa B&B.

Fantastic, elegant & relaxedPosted Aug 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was wonderfully appointed with antiques, comfy bed, immaculate bathroom. The amenities like balconies to sit & watch the sunset & comfy places to read we're amazing. The breakfasts were sumptuous! A must stay!

Best B&B we have ever stayed in, bar none!Posted Aug 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Beautiful home. Martin gave us the grand tour of the house and the history of it. The grounds are also wonderful with lush vegetation. It is located in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and a very short drive to many more. In the morning Toni had the large dinning room table set with individual fruit bowls and that was followed by her own recipe for a berry French toast. It was wonderful. I normally don't get all that excited about B&B's but this one is the exception.

Historic PropertyPosted Jul 21, 2014
Very nice property that recently changed hands. New owner is working hard to bring the modern conveniences while keeping the antique charm. Breakfast was individualized and very good. It was enjoyable staying at this property. Very conveniently located.
