Generally a nice hotel.Posted Oct 6, 2013
Posh facade and lobby. Generally quite ok. The carpet in the room looks a little aged but still value for money overall. Feel good when hotel staff are courteous and you will be greeted wherever you go.

Walking distance to subway stationPosted Mar 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
It is about 5 minutes of walking distance to subway station. It is easy to find restaurant and convinient stores nearby. :)

The best feature of this hotel is its location. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants especially Japanese ones. The MRT is within a short walk away.one can get to most parts of the city from here. The hotel itself is a little old and needs refurbishment. However the staff were friendly and service prompt.

Clean hotel near to eating placesPosted Jan 3, 2013
Cons: Location not near to MRT
Location: Near to several eating places, not difficult to find food but can be a little far from MRT
Room is clean, internet speed is fine though can be cranky at times. Location of hotel is not near MRT but near to many eating places.
Reasonable value hotel in Taipei cityPosted Dec 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
Friendly staff, reasonable rate. Lots of food in breakfast buffet. Hotel itself is a bit old and the room shows its age. But all in all, for the reasonable nightly rate, this is a pretty decent value business hotel in the hub of the Taipei city. Not a bad choice if you are just looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a decent location in Taipei and well-stocked buffet. Do not expect any frills though as those usually come with a much higher rate.

Gloria Prince ReviewPosted Jan 10, 2012
Pros: Well kept and with decent sized rooms, free wifi in the business centre and a pretty good gym on the top floor
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable
Location: Ideal location. Right in the centre of everything. Not too far to travel for major sites
Very pleased with my stay at the hotel. It is difficult to understand and make conversation with some of the staff, although this is understandable being in an Asian country, they do make you feel more than welcome and offer their assistance when needed.
