Few blocks to Dihua district which is amazing tourist attraction. Rooms are quiet, wonderful breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to Taipei main station and Ximending which was a nice perk. It is 15 min. walk to the closet MRT thru major streets very busy, so don't advise to walk from the station to the hotel with luggages.

few mins walk to Ningxia night market. staying at 11floor suite is noisy during 7am to 10am as suite is located directly below breakfast area (12th and 13th floor), you can hear dragging noises of chairs during breakfast timing.

staff service was normal, not fantastic. room was a bit small, and the room decoration was not that modern. location is good because there is a big supermarket near the hotel where we bought many nice snacks. there are also food places nearby.

The staff were very helpful and quick to attend to problems. Breakfast had a good variety of food and the staff were very attentive. Room was lovely and the cleaning excellent. There are lots of things to see and do in the area. The metro was about a 15 minute walk.

Clean, walkable to many locations like shopping district and night markets, welcoming attendants, house keeping was amazing, super market is a 5 min walk but there are also convenient stores nearby too. Many coffee shops available however, hotel breakfast was very satisfying already so there was no need to expand further out. Wifi was very convenient amd fast in lobby and breakfast floor and secluded to your room specifically so only you are the ones using it.

Room is big and clean. Hotel is in the next building depending on which hotel building you stay in. Walking to Taipei Station takes about 15mins.

Hotel Provided good value for the money. Room was nice but only had a window in the bathroom. And complimentary breakfast had plenty of veggie options, along with a few meat ones. Plenty of convience stores nearby. A Starbucks about a 3 minute walk away. I’d stay here again

Older, but still great hotel
I liked the hotel. It is definitely an older hotel, but it has aged well. Rooms have some nice amenities like solid wood furniture, large jet hot tub, toothbrushes and toiletries, as well as excellent sound proofing. We were facing the street and we never heard anything. The breakfast is great, and varies each day, but it is mostly Asian, with some western dishes. Much better than what is offered in four star Canadian hotels, for example. The service was great and most people knew English, but it was a bit disappointing that only some front desk attendants spoke English. If I had to mention any shortcomings, our bathtub leaked a tiny bit if filled, and some carpets had stains, but I was not bothered because the linens and towels were clean and changed daily. Overall, I liked my stay. Recommended.

I loved the room, which was very spacious for the two of us. The location was great, Service and help, no problem, they attended to our needs for the location. I would stay there again. Free breakfast, which was very good & saved us time and money

Great location. The hotel is close to many of the attractions. The staff are very Friendly, they helped me to arrange a pick up from the international airport to the hotel, the same driver also sent me back to the airport after I checked out. Excellent service!
