Pros: Free Wifi, Freshly brewed free Coffee in the lobby lounge area.

Overly ok place to stay - rooms are small but clean and in good shape.

Five min walk to DaAn train station that can get you to most of the place in Taipei. The breakfast is average. The room is small but clean.

great location for Maokong and shopping

Posted May 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
the hotel is near Da-an station which is on the same line as the Maokong Station. So it's very convenient if you intend to visit Maokong. It's also near the shopping malls in the eastern district. The rooms and set up of the hotel is nice but the shower is a little slow, breakfast selection is little and the bed is not as comfy as other hotels which i've stayed.

Nice Hotel. Convenient for Da'an MRT

Posted Apr 27, 2014
Nice clean rooms. Breakfast good. 2 mins walk from Da'an MRT which is central for Red and brown lines taking in lots of tourist sites, Tapei 101 etc. Brown line gets you to the Zoo and Maokong gondolas.

close to MRT

Posted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: everything was good
Cons: nothing needs improving
Location: down the street from the MRT ( 5 min) . walking distance to 101 ( 30 min or 2 train stops )
the hotel is very close to the MRT . The room was a good size , the bathroom was small , but it worked fine . Breakfast buffet was included with the room and it was more geared to Asian's , but your in Asia. Lots of eating in the areas . The bed was comfortable . good hotel . I would stay here again , no problem .

Awesome stay

The location and hotel was a good choice. Clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend. Lounge was exceptionally nice. You can sit around with friends with coffee and cookies provided. Breakfast was included but it would be nice to have variety. Same food everyday can be too much if you are staying for more than 2 days, however it wasn't a big thing for my husband and I. We just had coffee and fruits.

Good location

Generally the stay was just okay and so-so with no noticeable element of surprise. For the same price, I'd get better deals and service elsewhere.

Need cleaning

Posted Mar 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was spacious enough and had all the amenities needed, but the carpet was old, and it smelled like mold. The gym was the same, and the equipment was in bad condition. The spa was only open 2 hours per day! The breakfast was not very good, which I learned is typical in Taiwan. Lastly, the business center was inadequate and the room wifi was very slow and inoperative the first night. However, the staff was basically friendly and helpful and the bathrooms were great!

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to try and bridge the language differences.
