The good: Hotel is clean, sleek décor, small but adequate. Location near subway station and businesses.
The bad: Keep in mind it is not a hotel, it is a hostel, a conversion of a residential building in a midst of residential area.
The ugly: Many reviews indicated it has no receptionist. No kidding, it doesn't even have a lobby! Not even have a clear sign. Expect a small door next to a storefront with a telephone. You pick up the phone, and 15 minutes later, someone come over to show you the room, which on my case, it is not even at the same location, we had to walk another block with all the luggage, turned into an ally in the residential neighborhood.
As long as you don't expect this to be a three star rated hotel, and prepare your mental that it is a hostel, then it would be okay. My worst experience was no one picked up the call on the first try, imagine it was at 11 pm, traveling with 2 children after a 15 hours flight.
