“A wonderful guest experience!”

I was most impressed from the moment I walked into the hotel. Their customer service is outstanding. I was shown to my room by the person who checked me in. The room was impressive. The choice and quality of the breakfast was outstanding as was the service while eating there. I had left my charger in the room at departure and received an email from customer service informing me of this. They kindly offered to courier it to me. I gave them my FedEx number and it arrived as promised. I highly recommend the Landis Taipei!

The hotel staffs are very kind and ready to serve at any time. Hotel service was just the best!!! Room is a little bit small, but very clean and quie.

this is a unique, small 4-5 stars and detail hotel with a great service and delicious food which including full buffet BF and free internet on a valuable price right at the center of Taipei city, this is a really worthy and good hotel to recommend specially for business traveler.

“Great Stay”

Recently stayed at Landis Hotel for 2 nights and loved it. Service was great from the moment we got there and staff did everything possible to make stay great. The staff upgraded us to a corner room that was huge and had excellant views - including Tapei 101. The rooms had a large, comfortble king size bed and I loved the workstation which had a large desk and free broadband. Staff very helpful and gave us maps and directions and any information we required. We had dinner at one of the three inhouse restaurants and the meals and service were fantastic and well priced. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a huge assortment and very friendly staff. Hotel was located in a nice area with great spots to go walking and was about a 10 minute safe walk to the MTR which must be the cheapest and safest transport in world. We travelled with an 11 year old child and would recommend The Landis to families. Very impressed and will go back on return next year.

“Awesome experience”

I just spent a week at the Landis and I highly recommend it. The service there is unmatched and the continental breakfast was the best I have ever had. They make you feel like a king. Honest.

“Best hotel service I have ever received”

While the room rate is very affordable to the average traveler, it actually buys you incredible comfort and service in Taipei. Earlier in the day, I got a cut on my ankle. Once we checked in, I asked if they had a bandaid and an alcohol swab. I ended up getting a first aid kit delivered to my room, a phone call asking if I was okay and if I needed medical attention. Then, when we arrived back from sightseeing the next day, I had a bouquet of flowers in my room with a note from the staff hoping I feel better. It was signed by six people! Every staff member was so nice--the cleaning staff, the dining staff, bellhops, those who check you in and out, everyone. It was a wonderful hotel.

“Landis Hotel, one of my best experiences ever.”

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and equivalent to a 4.5-5 star experience at a 3 star price. The staff was very helpful and is known to go out of their way to make a guest happy. Probably best experience I've had in Taipei, and I've stayed at other higher priced hotels in Taipei. The only thing that could be improved is location. While not far from major scenic areas via taxi, not much around the hotel if you like to walk.

“Very friendly & classy hotel!”

The Landis is a fabulous hotel. It is a classic French art deco hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the restaurants are excellent and the entire staff is amongst the most friendly I have ever encountered. I go to Taipei about 1 or 2 times a year and they always remember me. The price is also excellent for Taipei, particularly when compared to some of the other more well known hotels. The gym is basic, but certainly has all that you need for a good workout and was never crowded. All in all, a very comfortable, friendly and classy hotel!!
