Bath needed maintenance. It was stuck in shower mode and had low water pressure. Morning breakfast had no decaf coffee and I had to find someone to get cremer. Small coffee cups with no lids.

We were in the area for a track meet at FSU. Were not supposed to spend the night but weather pushed events back. This was one of the very few hotels available within 45 minutes of the college. we requested a non smoking room. When opening the door we were hit with the smell of old smoke and animal pee. It was one of the only hotel rooms available in the area and the only room they had left in the hotel. The bathroom was disgusting, so bad I wouldn't let my son shower. Mold, soap scum and just filth. The bathroom door didn't latch or lock. The bedspreads were dirty and stained. we used our own blankets.

The room is old with chipping paint and smells musty, not clean. The lobby smells like weed. Lots of people moving around outside. Doors open, standing outside smoking, yelling, laughing loud. Phone in room doesn’t work. Does not feel safe.

Opon my arrival to this hotel, the woman who checked me in was very kind and thoughtful. Gave me great directions on how to get to my room and was overall so kind. When I entered the room, the tables looked like they were never washed and the bathtub was not clean. After having a billing problem the next day when I had tried to book the same room again, I was kicked out by a staff member who was very rude apon entering my hotel room. After he knocked on the door, he told me to leave because I did not pay. I had explained to him that I had paid for another room through a third party, he told me I needed to leave now; watching me gather my things and hovering over me, telling me I had to “leave now”.

The breakfast time ended too early for me, you have to get up really early unless you do already. Not all of the plugs worked for the lights but it was still decent and I didn’t feel like I had to complain in person about anything. I would still stay there

Our room smelled of pesticides and there was a roach in the bathroom. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom showed poor cleaning. Only two bath towels were provided and one had holes in it.

Our room was seemingly clean and comfortable; but there was a very stained chair in our room and large bleach stains on the bed skirt. There was mold above the light fixture in the bathroom. The lobby (near the breakfast area) smelled like urine. The staff at the front desk were very cold, apathetic, and borderline rude, no eye contact; and we felt very unwelcomed at check-in. When I tried to tell the front desk clerk some of our issues, she only listened to the first concern and was very dismissive to the rest. The price was right for a one night stay and for that I'm grateful, but if I have the opportunity to stay again, I'll most likely pass.

We were moved twice. The first room had traces of a bad water leak in the ceiling and one wall and it smelled terrible. The second room had a cockroach infestation. They sprayed it twice and still could not get rid of the problem. The third room was ok. The lady at the front desk in the evenings was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. Nicole, the girl at the front desk during the day was very helpful and polite.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel appeared clean but did see 2 roaches when there. Tv was not working when we first got there so they sent someone to look at it. Guy came into our room barefoot, which was definitely odd. Area is convenient.
