A wonderful surprise!
What a wonderful surprise! We booked this hotel because it was reasonable for FSU Family Weekend being about 30-40 minutes away. They obviously have put a lot of care into this place! The service at breakfast was extra friendly and attentive and they had a good selection. The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful. It made the ride out worth it!

We were here for work bc it was convenient. One of the worst Best Westerns we’ve stayed in, and definitively the worst for customer service in the Tallahassee are. Cleanliness is so so and the beds are eh, the BW Off of graves is Much better if you are in the area and comfort outweighs the location for crawfordsville.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall not bad, but many areas could be improved. Negatives: • The comfort of the beds - extremely basic, thin, firm mattresses. My leg actually fell asleep the first night from the pressure on my hips. • Bedding - the blanket was rough/scratchy • AC in the room - seemed like it was not able to get cold enough even though it was set to a low temp and ran constantly. • Ability to have a late check out - fee of $25 for 1:00 pm check out, $50 for 2:00 pm check out. • Pool - furniture was falling apart and stacked up in the corner, water did not appear to be well maintained. Positives: • Friendly staff • Decent breakfast buffet • Quiet/safe location • Fitness center had lots of equipment/machines and they were in good condition

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and our room was big. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits along with all the other continental breakfast items. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. We will most definitely be back.

The location was great, not far from Alligator Point and St. George Island by car. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and faced the courtyard. The pool was a nice size and on the back side of the building. Very secure.

Good quality for reasonable price
Hotel was very good. They have remodeled since the last time I was there. Have vinyl plank floors instead of carpet. Nice, clean, and friendly staff. They called us when we checked out and accidentally left something behind.

The staff was wonderful. Felicia kept are room very clean with plenty of towels despite have a 9 and 13 year old messing things up. I saw the manager several times as he kept track of the property. Everyone was kind and helpful. They could use 1. local maps to give out and 2. a display of pamplets on what to do and see in the area. I will return again and bring my son, his wife and the rest of the grandchildren for a week. I love the people, the area and this hotel. The only thing that sucks is the drive to Florida.
