Great location near FSU

Posted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: Hot tub
Cons: More breakfast selection(s). Later (all night) hot tub hours.
In town for son's interview. Relaxing two days. Easy location to FSU.

We had 2 rooms which were supposed to be connecting.... And they we not..... Bathroom floors were wet and not cleaned .....towels not supplied . Very disappointed in our stay for the premium price paid during the holidays in Tallahassee.

Sleepless in Tallahassee

Posted Nov 30, 2014
Wonderful staff and accommodations. Pets allowed is a plus! Room was on 3rd floor overlooking TN St and unfortunately, it was loud all night. We heard sirens drive by four different times in addition to every car that either rev'd the engine loudly or had the music blaring. Would return, but would request a room either on higher floor or overlooking back parking lot.

We had a nice time at this hotel. The shuttle driver to the stadium was great and the bartender was fun and nice. Overall good experience.

The hotel is well decorated and fairly nice. It's in a great location for finding local places to eat. My only qualm about my stay is that one of my pillows had a couple strands of hair on it - looked like they were all from the same person so it made me feel like they didn't change all the sheets? Could've easily been switched out for a new pillow/pillowcase, but I'm a bit of a germaphobe :( good thing I had two double beds to myself.

Convenient downtown location

Posted Nov 2, 2014
This hotel was recently renovated and re-opened. Its central location is fantastic. You can easily reach it by using side roads to stay off the main roads of Monroe and Tennessee. The rooms are large compared to the Aloft and the amenities are nicer as well. The food is good, the gym well-equipped and the bar service is excellent. They have two computers and a printer available for guests in the lobby, as well as a small convenience store. Ample parking and meeting rooms as well. They will drive you to nearby buildings and restaurants in their cart for free so you don't have to drive and park. Unfortunately, the trash truck woke me at 4:00am one morning this past trip, but this has never happened in my previous 4 trips.

This is a great stop in Tallahassee on the way to Disney. The hotel is clean and there are many convenient places to eat nearby.
