The floors in my room and bathroom were dirty. Thry looked like they werent swept in a while and needed to be mopped. I had 2 lamps that didnt work, and the tub looked like it could've been cleaned better. The room was not wortj the amount of money paid.

The location is perfect. Right across the street from the mall, Walgreens, CVS, as well as other shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast which was included was delicious! I didn't like that check-in time was at 4:00pm., 3pm is the standard.

This was a very poor attempt at trying to update an out of date property. Housekeeping was abysmal room was NOT clean. Take a pass on choosing this hotel. Was disappointed because Wyndham properties usually are good.

Dirty and in desperate need of a complete gut and remodel. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room and sometimes several rooms away. Someone in the room next to me made a phone call and I heard both sides of the conversation. I saw roaches several times including in the breakfast area. I was there at the end of the month and food was pretty scarce for breakfast. They get supplied the 1st of every month and sometimes they don't have enough to last the entire month. (According to the employee who told me this) The only positive is the cost but you get what you pay for and these are the cheapest rooms in Tallahassee. I thought the Wyndham name meant something but this place in an embarrassment to the brand. The low cost also brings a low class of clientele. Dogs are welcome here but I would never let my dog walk somewhere as dirty as the hallways in this hotel. At least they have armed security in the lobby every night but I have to wonder what makes this necessary.

Apparently the housekeeping didn’t clean a bunch of rooms so they weren’t available. There was a dog barking a lot of the night. The room was fine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be satisfactory for a short business trip. While the accommodations were decent and the prices affordable, the location left much to be desired. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for a brief stay, this place is suitable. However, for a family vacation, I would recommend exploring other options with better surroundings.

Our room was on the first floor by the laundry. the area was junky and the hallway carpet was worn and filthy. doors were open and we couldn't help but see all the junk. Our room was clean and didn't smell like the hallway.

When check in time arrival. I had to wait almost 30 minutes to check in at 4. The room they first assign the ac did not work then they assign a different room but the bathtub was never clean. The telephone in the room did not work had to used cellphone to call property to ask for an iron. They said they will bring it. Waited for an 1hour and 30 minutes nothing. Had to physically go to front desk to request an iron. The keys card kept working. Key card waslike everyday.

This property is branded a Wyndham…they need to STOP! OR Wyndham isn’t what I thought! Or Wyndham has allowed the use of its name w/o realizing the damage. The staff is very kind and helpful. They are the only saving grace. Yes, hotels have levels, but this is deceptive! A pardon our dust sign would’ve help provide some cover up. It needs serious TLC-sofas, carpets, A/C filters, ceilings, refrigerators, and even phone receivers need CLEANING. This was like a slap, if you were using the brand as a gauge to trust. I’ll never trust another Wyndham

First and last time. I stayed for 8 days, the air conditioning didn’t work and my room was not cleaned once. I asked the front desk 3 times to have my room cleaned and it was never done. I asked housekeeping for fresh towels which I never received. I had to go in freshly cleaned rooms that were left open to get fresh and clean sheets and towels. Cleanliness was average at best. Breakfast looked like cold plastic toy food. Definitely look elsewhere for a hotel in Tallahassee.

Day time staff is very rude, tried to check in early as I was not feeling well and I received a very blunt no. Came back at 4:30 and was told no rooms available again that she could find. Called someone and some rooms were opened for availability. The first room the sheets were dirty was placed in a room a few doors down. Later that night there was a lot of noise, yelling slamming doors a women and child crying tried to call the front office to complain and the phone in the room had no dial tone, so I had to use my cell phone to call. She called the police and finally they showed up and we were able to get some sleep. The hotel carpet/ rugs in the lobby and hallways were extremely dirty and the lobby chairs were dirty. Very disappointed in this hotel chain. Never had I stayed at this chain and had such a horrible experience. I will have to say that the evening person was much nicer than the day person.

The hotel smelled of fart, stale impure air, dirty carpet. The elevator door would not open upon reaching desired floor without pressing the open button. The first room we I had the air, lights or phone worked. I witnessed the staff take the garbage out of trash can with no glove and went into the kitchen.

So far - I’m not impressed or pleased at all. I arrived at 8pm after a 3 hour drive and our room was not ready. We are not checked in yet. So we left to go eat. Hopefully it will be ready when we get back.

What an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Upon my arrival, I was told that there was no hot water and it was being fixed. No problem, it was nighttime. Didn't turn on the lights and went straight to bed. I woke up in the morning to find BLACK MOLD all over the room, the lights, the bed, and even better, TONS OF HAIR IN THE BED I JUST SLEPT IN. I went straight to work, frustrated. Came back, and requested a new room which I was given. Awesome. Thinking that this was just a huge fluke and no issue at all. The next room I go into, I throw my stuff down, and a MAN WALKED STRAIGHT INTO MY ROOM. The door latch stopped him thank god. The front desk gave him a key to my room but scared the hell out of me. Then, as I get back up when the nice front desk lady told me that the keys have been reset and she was sorry, I went to go to get into bed...and I found...IT. See the photos. It was faint red, which it appears as blood underneath the sheet and MORE BLACK MOLD AND FECES. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER WHAT. THIS IS TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS WITH SCARY OUTCOMES. I don't even know how this is a legally operated business without the repercussions. If you scroll back and look at all the other reviews, they haven't changed anything with management or even a shred of effort in fixing the place and it's problems. "We're sorry to hear about your stay and will address the issues." "We hope to see you again in the near future".... Never.

If this hotel was ever a 4 star facility, then those days are gone. The door locks don’t work, the hallway floors are dirty or carpet ripped out. It took 3 tries to get a room key with me walking back and forth from Reception to the room, finally a new room was assigned. On the second morning, no hot water! And my room was not cleaned or towels changed for the entire stay over. When we asked for towels, a rude Cleaning lady barked “no stay overs”. When we asked what that meant, she fell silent and walked defiantly away. This place is 2 stars at best. The staff is defeated by the facility conditions. I will never stay here again and I may never book Wyndham again.

Very loud. You can hear every door close and every noise in the hallways. The road noise is bad too. The shower curtain rod was broken so the shower curtain would only close about a foot. When I went to check out not one was at counter. Another customer had been waiting. While he spoke to the hotel rep he was complaining about his experience as well.

This place needs to be condemned! The halls and parking lot are dirty. All landscaping,including trees, are dead. Closed restaurant in lobby. Junk pile visible in parking lot. If Wyndham doesn’t care about their brand then neither will I. It’s a crime they even stay open. It is just a rip-off! There is no confusion. I took photos.
