I slept well because the bed was from, the AC/Heat works well, the room was quiet, the parking was plentiful, the cable TV was easy to use, and the bathroom was very clean and well lite. The linen was fresh and clean and there was plenty of both soaps, etc. On the down side, I cut my finger on the shower switch handle, the lawn between the parking lot and sidewalk was very rough causing me to stumble, The adjacent drive thru coffee shop traffic blocked the exit. There was a shortage of chairs in the breakfast lounge.

First room had torn sheets and stains on them. Management switched us to another room and it was fine. Property is severely dated and needs renovations. Perfect if you only want to sleep for a night but No recommended for long stay.

They charged me a fee without any notification whatsoever . (because supposedly) we left dirty linens . We went back to the hotel and had to wait 45 min before speaking to the Manager which produced photos of a different room and bed and claimed it was mine . He would NOT reimburse my money

We rented three rooms one of them was really dirty restroom not cleaned dirty towel on the floor that had already been used. Bed sheets stained. Another room restroom door would not lock and sheets stained. Good thing we brought blankets with us. My parents room was decent.

The price was right, but you get what you pay for. We ordered a nonsmoking room, we got a nasty smelling smoky odor, and found marijuana residue. We got another room and the shower head did not work. Again you get what you pay for. This laquinta is not the laquinta I worked for years ago, nor the several ones I have visited in the past.

Poor maintenance, rooms smelled of must and smoke. Loitering by homeless, drug users and prostitutes. Fire extinguishers removed. Fire detector broken in room. Tv and phone not functioning. Building paint peeling on most doors. Difficult to enter property due to construction. Not reputable according to Tallahassee police department.

The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in in years ! The sheets were soft and the pillows were the perfect consistency. I wish their breakfast had a waffle maker or scrambled eggs .

Staff was was nice at check in, I had to switch rooms because my child found a bullet under the bed, I had to switch rooms and the second room was not clean hair on back of toilet, I was charged a 100.00 hold that I still have not received back on my debit card, this is the first and last time staying there.

Stay away!!!!!
The room was WORN. We had a note on our key that house cleaning comes every three days until housekeeping comes. There were marks on the wall(burn Mark on the toilet light switch, burn marks on the furnace switch). The room smelled Of bleach when we arrived. The lobby smelled of garlic and the ‘continel’ was just bread and bagels

I would not stay here if it was free, you should delete this from your website and never recommend again. We were on a motorcycle and were storm stayed it was pouring rain. My wife was totally upset, would not shower, everything was nasty in the washroom. Beds gave both of us a rash and not sure if it was the soap used on the sheets or what? The breakfast was not good, you should have someone go and check the place out. The parking lot was being renovated, mud and holes in the pavement etc. not a great experience. Stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites in Beaumont and didn't use you site, walked in and paid the rate they ask for. Was not happy from the night before.
