“Pleasant Stay”

Nice folks running this hotel, from the manager to the cleaners. Pillow was a bit bumpy but I managed to sleep.

Comfortable and clean - a basic room, which was all we were looking for. Everyone was personable and the breakfast area was clean, food was fine. Convenient to freeway and restaurants.

We stayed just one night,for the Seminoles game, but it was perfect. The room was clean,the breakfast was also very good. The staff is very friendly, specially the lady who helps to make the waffles. We will be back for sure.

“Definitely an Inn of Quality”

Stayed here for a night on a driving trip and was very satisfied with everything about it. Checked in late (nearly midnight) and the clerk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfy with nice amenities. I'm a smoker and got a smoking room, and unlike some motels where the room reeks so badly of smoke even I get grossed out, the room smelled fresh. Good offerings with the continental breakfast: cereal, waffles (you cook 'em), pretty decent coffee, toast and bagels (you toast 'em; they even have a widemouth toaster that the bagels fit in) and fruit (okay, all the bananas were too green to eat, but I won't quibble and it sure beats rotting bananas). The place was clean, neat and is just off the Interstate. Works fine for a one night stay and would be good for a longer one. If only all motels were as nice as this one.

“Simple accommodations with an extra touch”

This hotel was a good value for the price - clean, with an excellent breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful and some went way above and beyond. The pool was a bit cold, but that is the only complaint. It is nearby expressway and close to restaurants.

“Great for a quick stay”

This was great for a quick stay. We were breaking up a 14 hour drive. We arrived late and the front desk was expecting us. They were very nice and gave us a close, quiet room. The room was comfy and clean enough. Not a luxury hotel by any means but great for the price and eight hours of sleep, showering, and back on the road.

“Accessible room really was accessible”

We were pleased with the stay. The room was suitable for a person in in a wheelchair. The bathroom had a roll-in shower.

“Better than expected”

Room was clean, had minor problem with room key not working but it was fixed right away. Morning breakfast was decent. Overall very good and I'd defintely stay there again.

“Decent for the price”

This place was ok. Didn't much like the outdoor entry way to the room but it was a decent room. The breakfast was ok.

“Good Enough”

This hotel was a great location for us: easy to access from the Interstate, close to the apartment of the nephew we were visiting, convenient for going to the pumpkin festival in Havana (just up the road from our hotel). The continental breakfast was fantastic: good food, plenty of it, good selection, staff attentive to restocking, clean dining area. For us (two adults, two younger kids), it was a great deal. The condition of the hotel was a little tired. Clearly, the place is in need of more love, but the effort is evident. For the price, however, it was no worse than we expected. For a family planning a quick and inexpensive get away, it was perfectly adequate. The only real problem was the carpeting in the room. Quite dirty! It would really help if the carpets were cleaned (not just vacuumed) on a more regular schedule. I know that it must be hard to keep them clean with the traffic (especially on game weekends), but the effort would eliminate our one real complaint. Other than the carpet, it was a good room for a low price.
