customer service is superb, location is perfect for visiting FSU, staff most helpful in recommending restaurants and areas to visit. Most pleasant !!

Generous sized family suite. Clean. Friendly staff. Usual breakfast fare. Only negative was that the PC & printer set-up in the foyer would not print pdf files. That si something that should be fixed.

Room wasen't clean; but the worst is that you can hear all the outside noise thyroid the windows. Also wall insulation is as bad as it can get, you can hear people talking, doors closing. 1 night here was almost a nightmare

Rafael, We were very disappointed to hear that you did not find a peaceful nights rest while staying at our hotel. It is always our team’s goal to provide a place to rest, relax and recharge while you are away from home! It is true that our hotel is located adjacent to the Florida State University campus , across the street from the FSU Tucker Center and only .5 miles from the 90,000 seat Doak Campbell stadium. These venues create 24 hour activity in our neighborhood, with the recent addition of many dinning and evening entertainment options, which are popular destinations for most of the university students. We have found that many of the lighter sleepers enjoy a room facing the campus, this can be somewhat quieter than street side. Excellent hotel alternative when visiting Tallahassee during low season and when prices aren't crazy. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Try to get a room facing the pool so you don't have to listen to the traffic and garbage trucks!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. For starters, we checked in at midnight after driving 10 hours to find out that "pet friendly" actually means a $100 + taxes fee. I booked on hotels.com and saw nothing that indicated that I would have to pay for my pet. The manager never showed up in the morning, so we could not discuss this before we checked out and paid. Second, although the room was clean, the shower never got hot and our room did not have a hair dryer. When I called the front desk to request one he said it would be 30 minutes or so because he was alone and the other hotel employee was making a run to the airport. It turned out to be more like 45 minutes before I got the hairdryer and my hair was pretty much dry by then. Will not recommend this hotel or stay again.
