“Better Than Home”

I stayed 14 days at the Residence Inn, and was completely comfortable the whole time. Three things stand out: fresh flowers appeared on day 2, groceries were delivered - for free - and put away, and a blanket from the closet that had seen better days was replaced with a brand-new one, without my asking. The staff knew my name and all were pleasant. Hot breakfasts were a treat and were included in the price, as well as dinners on Wednesdays, and snacks from 5-7 p.m. nightly.

“Very good value for your dollars!”

We had stayed in this same hotel in 2006, 2007 and again in 2008 - the stay was always very nice and the room was comfortable. This time around - they had remodeled the breakfast room and actually most of the hotel. The room was near the outside door on the ground floor, but we heard no noises - it was nice and quiet. And very comfortable. The TV is at least 42" - flat screen. As with a studio unit, full kitchen/living room and bedroom - nice unit altogether. We stayed for three nights. The staff was outstanding - quick to get information for us, etc. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels over the last 40 years and we think this hotel chain is among the top three that we use on a regular basis. If "10" was the highest rating, then I would rate it a "10"!

“The best service ever”

For a demanding "cranking" guy like me, this was a delightful surprising experience. This is not a luxury hotel, but the quality of the service was greatest than any other hotels I have visited. The room was clean and comfortable and our maid would go out of her way to keep us happy. The front desk people were friendly beyond my expectation. When I needed, they gave me precise written instructions on how to get to the closest drug store and get back to the hotel, and all of this with a reassuring and friendly smile. In a scale of 1-10, being 10 the best, I will give them a 11.

“Great business hotel”

I drove 400 miles from Ft. Myers for a meeting I had the following morning. I was only looking for an inexpensive motel for the evening. I did get the inexpensive motel but much more! The one bedroom suite was very nice with the full kitchen, living room, desk and large bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. I have a crew of guys working in the area next month and plan on putting them up in this hotel. As a bonus the full breakfast was great!

“Plenty of Room”

Needed a room for the weekend due to soccer tournament, this one had plenty of space to spread out, two tv's so each child could do their own thing, and a kitchen so we would not have to rely on eating out three meals a day, it was very clean and comfortable, noticed a couple of things that needed attention (broken face plate on cover of plug)
