Ms. Shayla, I'm sorry that our Hotel didn't meet your expectations. As it states in Expedia's overview we are Currently under a Full Renovation of the entire Hotel that has just begun and will not be completed until early summer. We have been completely upfront with all the closures due to this entire remodel and we do not expect the Hotel to look anything like the pictures on the website that were taken some years ago. Also, I wish you would have come to speak with myself, or any other Member on Staff for an immediate room change, if there was any suspected insect activity in your room. We take things like that very seriously here and have a Team on call along with routine Maintenance Service to address any issues. As you did stay with us for 2 nights, it would be unthinkable for you to endure that, and we would have immediately accomodated you. We also have daily Housekeeping services and any issues in your bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, could have also been addressed. Again you complimented how friendly my staff was, I wish you might have given them a better chance to do what they do best! I hope you find another hotel that better suits your needs in the Future.

I'm sorry we couldn't fulfill your lodging needs. All of our policies are listed on Expedia's website including deposits, pet fees, breakfast, etc. Hopefully in the future you will find a place better suited for you.
