The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly, always ready to make visitors feel comfortable. The package, for flight and accommodation was fantastic, a very good price and well worth the trip!

I was thrilled with this hotel. It's location was fantastic, it was elegant and spohisticated, the room was very comfortable and thet staff endlessly helpful. My only suggestion would be that they put slow closing hinges on the doors as some rooms were quite noisy with door slamming. It was just terrific and Tallinn is heavenly in the snow. Go!
“Very good hotel”
We were staying in the hotel for two nights at Christmas. We got a Christmas sock with small present in the morning with invitation to join Santa in the hotel bar. So, we got two Irish coffees for free. Breakfast was very good also. Great chose of fruits melon, pineapple, pears, apples, grapes. Good chose of hot meal. All meal was very delicious. The room was a little bit small, but very comfortable and cosy. It's possible to book sauna in the hotel and you can enjoy hot sauna with your friends only, without other hotel guests. We were just two. There is a fireplace in the hotel bar. Because of the hotel, our trip was very romantic and we were full of Christmas moods.
“Great location”
Hotel is very quaint, cute. Excellant location - 1/2 block from the old town square. Because of the old town square, taxi's can't get to the hotel - they drop you off and pick you up 1/2 block away (slight uphill on cobblestone street with lots of tourists - pack light!). Staff speaks great English, but no warmth or personality.

The Hotel is much better than your average and the staff very friendly and helpful. Centrally located so only a 10minute walk from all other restaurants and tourist spots...

“Great hotel!”
Very good hotel, excellent and attentive service, and ideally located in the old town -you are no more than a ten minute walk from anything. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the food in the hotel restaurant was also good. On the negative side, they should maybe consider replacing the mattresses, which are on the soft side.
“Go! It's brilliant!”
Situated right in the heart of old Tallinn, everything is in walking distance. Lovely hotel, great spa, brilliant ice bar. Staff friendly, helpful and all speak excellent English. Can't wait to go back.
