Really comfortable stay here, easy access to the old town and the large pool/spa area is a real treat. On several bus routes so easy to get here/from here to the ferry terminal. Had good food at both the Cafe Marguerite and the Bistro 250. Comfortable room, perhaps a little tired but very clean. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel for touristic reasons
The location is great but this is very simple hotel, no ironing facilities are provided to the room. There is just 1 ironing room for the whole, 2 parts of the hotel. Not ideal for business trips.

Номера очень чистые,персонал приветливый. Близко к старому городу,расположение осень удобное Вечером мало освещения в бассейне,поэтому очень неуютно. На завтраке только один аппарат для кофе,поэтому в очереди стояли 10 мин.

Fantastic spot and over by train station lots of modern places to eat. Very central download bolt app for taxis and scooters it was great. Hotel was lovely had everything we needed and loved the spa - they do need to invest in new robes but otherwise faultless.

Modern and comfortable
This hotel is located within walking distance of Old Town. We stayed here because it is near our relatives' apartment. It was quite comfortable. Bed great, bathroom huge, restaurants on site. Very close to bus lines, as well.

It's a fairly modern business type hotel. The spa and pool were nice but the pool was closed part way through our stay for works which we hadn't been informed about, which was disappointing. The location is great as it was an easy walk into the old town or the railway station. The room was stylish and comfortable but as my wife said, "probably designed by a man". There was nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom except on the sink. Most hotels have a shelf for such things. And the room itself was sparse. Of course it was comfortable and served it's purpose.

Clean, very comfy bed, very good breakfast SPA cold water in deep pool, very dark over the swimming pool , just feels sad, because of no light . No some funny movie or cartoons at the wall as it was usually was in the pool. And will be awesome to add bar with water and juice

It was a nice hotel however when we arrived they haven’t provided a cot that we asked for, the tv remote wasn’t there and on a couple of occasions we had to tell them to clean the room. They were helpful on providing the service. Breakfast was quite good and good price compared with other places in town. The spa facilities were ok.

Good value modern hotel in the modern part of the city. A short walk from the historic city centre. Room spacious and comfortable. I appreciated having a kettle and fridge. Bed OK. Heating OK - for time of year. Lifts fast. Decent buffet breakfast.

A nice hotel located very close to Tallinn old town which ticks some boxes to perfection and fails miserably in a few others. We stayed at the Park Inn for 3 nights, this being our first stay with a Park Inn branded Radisson and the experience was mixed. The good(s): 1) The gym was one of the best we've used and gives big Radisson hotels a run for the money. 2) We also had a couples massage which was great and my wife had a manicure and pedicure done which was also a top end deal. 3) The location was perfect and we could walk into the old town in under 5mins. 4) Although we've not used the swimming pool or the saunas, the facilities looked well maintained. 5) The staff were very nice, the guy who was at the entrace to breakfast on Sunday was super nice and the lady who was the supervisor at the reception at the same time did her best to assist us. The bad(s): 1) The room got so stuffy in the night, we couldn't sleep properly all 3 nights. The reception provided us some fans which didn't help either as there was heating pumping through the central system. Given the main use of the hotel is for sleep, this didn't help the rating. 2) Breakfast was good for me being a carnivore but was disappointing for my better half who had lactose and gluten allergies. We complained about this to reception and the fruits section did improve for the last breakfast we had. However, given it's €12pp for breakfast we expected better. 3) The room facilities were ok but doesn't measure upto oth

It was a 10-15 minute walk to the old town which was really lovely through the park. The breakfast was very good - excellent breakfast choice and until 11am. We were pleased with all the amenities.

Staff were a bit variable depending on who was working, overall good. Breakfast very average, with not the best selection. Location was excellent, 10 minute stroll to the old town.
