“Wonderful place to stay, will definitely be going back”
Right in the centre of the Old Town, this hotel met and exceeded our every need. The room was very spacious and comfortable and appointed with quality fittings and lovely extras. The hotel has a couple of lounges where we enjoyed drinks before going out, and has free internet access on a computer provided in the lounge - no more searching for an Internet Cafe! Highly recommended.
“First class service in a perfect location”
We were amazed by the service and attention to detail of the entire staff. From help with our luggage, recommendations for meals, to the turn-down service while we were exploring the town - everything was superb. If the ultimate compliment to any hotel is that you would return again in the future, it's safe to say that we wouldn't consider another location in Tallinn given our experience at Hotel Schloessle.
“Quiet luxury in Tallinn”
I stayed in Hotel Schloessle for one evening on a quick trip to Tallinn. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the room, the wonderful assistance of the staff and the overall feel of the hotel. I felt like I was the only guest in the hotel as the staff were ready to satisfy every requirement I had, local tours, restaurant reccomendations and travel arrangements. I highly reccomend the hotel to other guests.
“Beautiful, romantic setting for a couple getaway.”
Decor was stone and timber throughout, really an historic building. Room was great, restaurant fine, but what really differentiated this place was the service. Unbelievable staff attention to helping you, polite, engaging. And universal among staff. Hats off to the training and motivation efforts, I don't know if I have ever seen its equal.
“Excellqnt place in thw heart of Tallinn.”
Gr8 place, good staff, walking diatance from major city attractions. Worththw price, could have a bit wider option on menu.
“Nice Hotel in Tallinn”
Perfect location. Wonderful, professional staff. The room was very nicely furnished. On the downside. I found the room to be a bit stuffy and too warm for me (temps outside were in the mid-50s degrees F). Opening the window cooled the room, but allowed the street noise in. The noise from a cobblestone pavement is considerable as the room was only one level above the street. Plus, the hotel guests that were smokers went out in the street to have their smokes and conversations. When the windows were closed you barely heard a thing.
