A great modern hotel I’m a super location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and fresh. Excellent facilities and a lovely breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

You had me at laundry room
We booked this hotel for two adults and two children for three nights. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Pros: The bathroom was also a dry room which allowed our heavy winter clothes to dry overnight. The hotel also has a laundry room which has a washing machine and detergent which was a life saver as we are travelling with two children for 3 weeks so this was extremely helpful to stay on top of the laundry and keep clothes fresh and clean. The hotel is also very local and walking distance to all the main attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There are only a couple of cons: The water pressure in our bathroom was quite low, bath towels were a bit small.

Beautiful hotel with grand styling throughout whole hotel. Highly recommend dinner in the restaurant! Pity roadworks everywhere though.

Overall a great stay ! Was upgraded due to Expedia status upon check inn to a room with a great view of old town. Room was modern and very clean! Breakfast was amazing and kept fully stocked by staff. Close walk to Old Town and also Terminal A/D for easy day trip to Helsinki. Would absolutely recommend. There is construction on surrounding roads so you have to walk a little to be dropped off / picked up by taxi or Uber.

Outstanding location, small tired rooms
It's a shame the attention given to the lobby does not carry over to the rooms. Overall, the rooms are poorly furnished and very small. This hotel does not compare well to the competition at this price point. Even though i'm a Tallink Gold member, I will be booking elsewhere in future.

Clean & well equipped- perfect for a short stay
We spent 3 nights here on a city break to Tallinn. It's situated in a good location to explore the old town and is well equipped and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the staff were very friendly. The room is built to a high standard, bed is comfortable, bathroom facilities are great and kept very clean. Our only misgivings were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the rooms are a little small for any longer stays. However, with that aside, it was pretty much perfect for the city break we took. If you do stay here make sure to try the nearby RØST Bakery and R14 restaurants - they were amazing.

Overall very satisfied with this hotel when it comes to the location, it is very nice and new. However, bathrooms have no electrical outlets at all so that is very strange. The cleaning crew is not doing as good of a job as they can because the beds are not made daily, the sheets for an extended stay are not changed, the coffee and tea is not refilled unless you ask for.

Nice hotel in Tallinn
The room was clean and modern, access to wifi easy and the location across from a shopping center was great. It was fairly easy to get to from the ferry terminal. The only issue I have, there is no tea/coffee maker in the room.

Location is convenient and not far from the old town. It's a good standard hotel for business use but not particularly attractive for the visitor to this historic city. It is newly opened and facilities are ok but rooms are a bit functional and minimalist by UK standards.

Veldig fint hotell og fantastisk utsikt og frokost. Dessverre opplevde vi flere ganger dårlig kommunikasjon fra personalet. På to døgn prøvde vi gjentagende ganger og få bruke spaet, men endte opp med å ikke få brukt det på grunn av utydelige beskjeder.

Kyseessä on iso ja korkea hotelli, mutta siellä on ainoastaan kolme pientä hissiä. Hissin odotteluun meni kohtuuttomasti aikaa varsinkiin uloskirjautumisen aikoihin. Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Huoneet olivat melko pieniä.
