I loved the spa facility, the only downside was you only had 1 small bath towel amd hand towel each and that was for use in the spa and in the room. Although i suppose it cuts down on washing so is better for the environment 🙃

Debatable quality for the money
Price too high for Eastern European hotel. The room needs refurbishment rather soon: both the living area and the shower. The towels and robes were rather old. There was no cleaning during the day, despite DND was not displayed. Also it was too cold in the room and AC didn't help. SPA saves the day in the end, but it's the only benefit.

It’s walkable distance to ferry port. Otherwise, shower is terrible - it’s just shower head very high up, you cannot adjust the water before it hits you. So you turn the water on and literally stand under cold water until it turns warm. Very difficult to wash your intimates. No shampoo, conditioner, nothing. No USB chargers - you have yo have european adapter. Breakfast is at 7, but if your ferry is at 7, you won’t be able to get breakfast. Overall too expensive for this level of hotel

The SPA was nice, although that was not my purpose of booking the hotel. Staff was generally friendly. Thanks to the front desk in helping me planned the trip to Helsinki. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminals to Helsinki. Constructions everywhere. The taxi driver even refused to drop me in front of the hotel, and I had to walk across with my bags. Not many dining options in the area, but the hotel has a restaurant with good breakfast (included). Note that the hotel doesn't provide shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Thanks to a review I read and I brought my own. Another negative comment. I received a wakeup call early in the morning on my last day, when I tried to sleep in a little. I didn't ask for another wakeup call. The front desk said someone asked her to call me. Hmm....

Very nice hotel that is very convenient to the city and to the cruise ship boarding locations. This hotel has a beautiful pool and very comfortable rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the spa was great, very spacious. The nice part was that after you check out you can still have spa access for the rest of the day.

Definitely the Place to Stay
The spa is amazing and is included. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The hotel is in convenient walking distance to the Old Town and the ferries from Helsinki.

Sadly the hotel do not provide any toiletries except soap. Cleaning service is alternate days. This may pose an issue as the spa does not provide towels so you need to use the room towels. Location and room size is good. Pool and spa can be pretty busy on Saturday night with couples and children.

Generally very good
Generally very good and the spa is great (especially for an 8 year old). Little things but one of the light fixtures was hanging loose from the ceiling and in general the room looked as though it is approaching the time for refreshment. Also some people like coffee making facilities

The rooms are nice. But the hotel is extremely crowded because it's right next to the ferry terminal from Helsinki. Also there is NO ROOM SERVICE, yet the Expedia site says room service is available, it is not! There is also no gym, and the restaurant only has food at very limited hours. I often found myself taking a taxi to a restaurant because the hotel restaurant was closed.

The only good thing about this hotel was the pool, which was excellent. The service, though, was dreadful. For a start, we booked a room with two beds and a balcony close to lift/reception as I am disabled. On arrival, we were given a room with one bed and no balcony. When they eventually managed to switch us to a room with two beds, it had no balcony and was a long walk including stairs. I am an early riser, and was often up at 5am. Apparently, though, it is impossible to get coffee in this supposed 4* hotel between 11pm and 8am when breakfast opens. There are no coffee-making facilites in the room either. Whilst the hotel advertised 'designated smoking areas' this turned out to be outside the front door and virtually on a building site. Outside smoking areas are fine in barbados, but not in Estonia, where it is extremely cold for at least half the year. We were here in October, and sitting outside was very cold. In January it would be impossible. All in all, I could not recommend anyone to stay in this dump. MS

During my stay in your hotel, I have consumed several bottle waters and ice cream，these above merchandise I need to pay, but when I ask for add the fee into room charge，I was told that it is not allowed. Very nice stay with family
We were arriving quite late and reception was very busy. Front desk guy was very fast and professional - he was solving multiple issues in the same time and handled them very good. We were staying 4 people family with 2 small kids and it was very cosy room with already prepared bead for kids + we were having extra sofa and also view on the spa area. A little odd thing was that for bathroom there was matt window to bedroom - so when you switch off light in bathroom it gives a lot of light in bedroom - by the other hand there was a baht which is huge plus with the kids. Spa area was very nice and quite huge - with few jacuzzi, water fountains and the longest pool was starting indoor and ending outdoor so if you are swimmer and like at least 25m pools this will be very nice to swim there. Saunas were very good. The only thing about saunas that it is separated from swimming pool area so you cannot sit in sauna and look after your kid in pool
