“Pretty OK...”

we had a pretty OK time here - only spent nights in the hotel - which was pretty good for sleeping and showers. The staff were friendly enough, the breakfast was plain at best but palatable. i had no problems with the location and would stay here again as I found it pretty central to all I had to do.

“Can't Wait to go back”

“it is ok but there is room for imorovement in mamy areas.”

People voices downstairs in the entry way were heard all the time, the a/c filter was extremely dirty much to my discomfort as i was staying there with a baby . Additionally the toilet sink and the wet bar sink were clogged - water could not go down. There is a sign about leaving it on the bed when you want towels changed duh it was placed hidden in a basket so i only saw that four days later when i was checking out , so i had dirty towels folded pretty for me for 4 whole days. In addition to this the room emits noise from outside too much whilst the location is great for shopping I am not sure if I would stay there again.

“BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS WITH THIS PRICE”

Employees are excelent, they help in everything with all kindness. The breakfast is great. Beds are comfortable and the little kitchen has excelent size. Carpets are VERY dirty, they need to be changed or deeply cleaned because they produce a little bad smell. The place has an EXCELLENT location for shopping.

“lobby surfing.”

In the ad it states wireless internet what it does not say is lobby only.It's 2011 get with it.I will not recommend this to my coworkers or friends.

“Very good stay. CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT.”

It was close to the airport so it was a great place to stay before we flew out the next day. We'd definitely go again. They had a heated pool and hot tub outside that was nice, The hot tub was actually hot, which was a treat from other places we had stayed at.

“Not at all Impressed”

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The exterior appeared to be okay, but inside was another story. The general lobby area looked as if it had never been mopped. The hallways had a severe pungent odor and the carpet in the room was filthy. There were also chips on the bathtub and the tiles. There is only 1 elevator that is EXTREMELY slow. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

“Hotel has potential, but...”

The staff that I encountered were very good. They were polite, and couirteous. The breakfast buffet was very good too. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. The bad parts were in the details in the room itself. The ceiling light bulb in the bathroom was burned out as well as the bulb in one of the lamps. While I was laying in bed reading, the remote control fell behind the pillows and on to the floor behind the bed. When I looked back there to get the remote, I found a pair of men's underwear and a condom wrapper along with the usual pen cap you almost expect to find. The hotel does have real potential if they take care of the details.

Area recommendations

The neighborhood where the hotel is situated was very nice. A lot of restaurants, and stores. I felt safe in the area.

Shopping

University Drive from Nova Street up to Commercial has a lot of restaurants, several malls and a lot of shopping. There are also a very good mixtures of cultures.
