The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Tasty and filling breakfast items. Eggs, pork protein, oatmeal, yougurt, toast, bagels, fruit juice, coffee and tea all available. As well as my favorite, waffle machine. It is close to highways and Sawgrass Mills Mall. Would stay again if in the area. Happy with our stay!

Located in a commercial / industrial area. Close to the airport (20 minutes). Stayed only overnight for a long layover. Facilities are ok, will need remodeling soon. Clean, safe. Good for a short stay.

The room is dated and in need of updating. All the furniture in the room was sticky to the touch and the carpet was stained and dirty. My wife and I cleaned some of the furniture. The exterior of the property looked ok.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate for the price point.

First let me say the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. But the room itself had several issues, the curtains didn't close properly, the furniture was all dinged up, carpet was stained, and the bathroom shower was broken. It was cleaned well but it seemed dingy.

Where do I start? First and foremost there was only one functional elevator, which made getting to the 3rd floor an adventure each time we had to use it, the refrigerator in the room did not work, and the room had roaches!
As a BONUS, the hallway on the 3rd floor felt like an INFERNO.
For almost $200.00 a night, I felt CHEATED! 😕😠😡

The guest service agent Sarah that checked me in was absolutely amazing and friendly. She has a great attitude, very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was also nice and made sure my room was cleaned and we had enough towels.

Our truck was broken into, during the day, while parked in the parking lot. The parking lot needs security cameras or some type of security guards.
Rooms need to be updated.
The air conditioner in our room was loud and woke us up several times during the night, turning on. The rug in the room was dirty. Need to update to washable surface, like tile. We didn't even want to walk on it barefoot.

Broken elevator for my 2 day stay with my family. No hotel manager at the busiest time of the year. Ran out of breakfast by 9 am.

The hotel by it self is very good. But there's a but, don't expect much from the breakfast. I stayed in Hampton Inn Tamarac few years ago the breakfast there was excellent, and there was some place to shop in walking distance. Here that was not the case at all.

My company stays at this particular property often. The building has had some recent renovations and looks fresh and good. Inside is nice and comfortable, rooms are clean and nice. Above all the people make this property. They are always friendly and outgoing, are a great team always attempting to help out as best they can. I know when we stay here we are going to be taken care of.
