“Really good, staff are friendly, good for persons travelling with family.”

We booked on expedia this time, and the check-in and check out time was faster than before. It's like they were just waiting for us to arrive. Staff were really friendly and the hotel has good security. Since I found Homestead, I live there everytime.

“I will stay there again when I'm in the area.”

It has an extended hotel so there is no daily maid service but you can request additional washclothes and towels each day. The room had a full size refriferator, microwave,range, plates and utensils. Hotel was next to a CVS pharmacy, gas station, supermarket and several nearby restaurants. VERY NICE!

“Decent room, no frills, inexpensive”

I just stayed here because it was the cheapest available in the Fort Lauderdale area. I have no complaints. They let me check out at 12. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator, it looks like a small studio apartment. The guy at the desk gave me a free password for the wifi, it worked.

“Economical and convenient”

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and was pleased with it's location, especially restaurants, grocery store and two pharmacies. However, this time around, my room key did not work because the battery was dead. Eventually, I was assigned to another room. In the 2nd room, the refrigerator did not work. That was fixed the next day by maintenance. Maybe, it's the tough economical times for these maintenance missteps, but it is still a ggood choice for price and convenience.

Everything was in order. Very clean and a quiet setting.

Room came with a kitchen (and everything needed) which was nice. It was a good value for the price. Bathroom did not have shampoo...be sure to bring your own.

this is a typical Homestead/budget hotel, the staff were very good and very helpful (I only saw one attendant it has to be said) he helped me get a car rental arranged. the room was Clean and OK for the this type of hotel. I would stay here again.

4 the price it was a deal. Room was clean front lobby was nice. Was even able to cook my own meals.

“A Comfortable Place to Stay”

First Know that this is an Extended Stay Hotel, so unless you pay extra there isn't daily room service. Though you can get clean towels at the front office anytime. With an efficency kitchen, so you can prepair your own meals if you want. I've stayed here before and most likely will again.
