“Very Disappointed”

Condition and cleanliness of hotel were deplorable.

“Horrible”

The room was missing light fixtures had holes in the walls and the hallways had an odor.

“Dirty, Dirty, Dirty”

My room was the size of my kid's bedroom. A person couldn't actually use the toilet easily because the bathroom door open and stopped in front of it. Although my linens were changed each day, I noticed things on the floor day after day(4 days) that should have been vacuumed up. t didn't appear it was vacuumed daily. Everything was old and run down. There wasn't enough seating in the complimentary breakfast eating area. I found mold on a bagel I grabbed. The elevator had various trash/items in it each time I used it. I saw staff in the hotel each day and I wondered why they wouldn't keep it cleaner. The curtains in my room wouldn't stay closed so I had to paper clip them together in order to have privacy and keep out the light in the morning. Overall the place was tired. old and dirty. Each day when I left I would have to exit the hotel onto the road and make a u-turn up the street. Problem is the street is very busy and others are trying to do the same. Just very inconvenient to do every time I left the hotel.

Bad overall shape.
