Staff is terrific, very friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was fine, basic bacon, eggs waffles ( don’t go to the old IHOP next door/ disgusting and sketchy.. we walked out before being seated) Best Western- great location for RayJay, downtown Tampa and dining out. Bathroom very clean, beds are comfortable and our bathroom seemed to be recently remodeled.

Told the front desk the TV wasn't working, they said they would be up in 10 minutes and never showed. When told them about it a second time they said I know I'm sorry, but never acknowledged that they forgot. The desk worker was playing on their phone on a video chat instead of wanting to help. I am very disappointed.

Our stay was just for a quick overnight located near the airport for an o'dark thirty morning flight. The place just seems a bit tired and dated. It was fine for what we needed it for.

We were happy with our overnight stay. The building seemed quiet, the room was clean and had everything we needed but is not fancy! Desk staff helpful and courteous. We didn’t really explore the neighbourhood.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room is an average hotel room. Nothing inviting walking into the room. Furniture is dated. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. As I was sitting at the desk a small ant crawled across the desk (which I killed). Rust pitted faucet in tub. Breakfast was good and staff keep everything clean and fresh. WHY do they have the coffee maker in the bathroom RIGHT NEXT TO THE TOILET!!!

We stayed the night before our cruise. We arrived early the manager allowed us to check in early. We also stayed the night after we got off of our cruise. This property was clean. Friendly staff, but the manager was the best by far any hotel that I have ever been to this manager was friendly, accommodating, helpful anything than you needed he took care of you. This is highly recommended to stay. The rooms were clean friendly staff. you will not be disappointed with this property close to the airport close to the port. If you’re cruising definitely above and beyond especially the manager, I didn’t catch his name but very great management.

The staff was very nice. We couldn't get any of the remotes they gave us to work on the TV. It was clean and good for a 1-2 night stay, but I wouldn't stay there for a longer vacation.

The hotel has unfortunately deteriorated since my last stay there. For example, the quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast has gone down, and a lot of the mechanical items, the toaster, the vending machine, etc. are broken and no one has bothered to repair them. Disappointing and sad.

Parking was easy, but not really safe. Toxicated gentlemen smoking weed in the front of entrance, blocking the side door. Chilly room, no heating available, got some extra blankets. Worn out and off the expiry date. No one answers a phone in the reception, room was not cleaned on the second day.

Due to the warm climate in Florida, we do not have heating systems installed. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but more pillows need to be provided, they were very flat. Also, the hotel is a little dated and needs updates. There was also an empty cola bottle left on the side of the bed. The carpet also had stains and the refrigerator was leaking water a little bit.

The room was gross. The bathroom was gross with clumps of hair. The carpet was dirty and stained. There was mold and a big crack on the ceiling. I don’t know who the photographer for the website was, but I can’t believe it’s the same hotel. During the continental breakfast the attendant was wearing gloves, touching her hair etc then touching food/plastic wear. She dropped a bunch of spoons on the floor, picked them up and set them aside, waited a few minutes, looked around and added them back to the box to use. Two thumbs down.

We were able to check in early this was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable. The guest laundry was a great feature we did our laindry before we came home after our 12 night cruise.
