“Excellent bang for your buck!”

This hotel was not too impressive upon first look. The exterior is old and although clean and maintained, because it sat next to a brand new apartment/condo complex, it was lacking in visual appeal. Upon arriving at check in desk, the interior of the lobby and the friendliness of the staff helped offer promise! We had a 2 bedroom suite and we were very pleased with our room. They made small but significant upgrades in the room and there was plenty of space for our family and visitors! The price we locked on was a great bargain and although it may not be the most luxurious site, the atmosphere was cozy, clean and nice enough to want us to use them again. We will gladly recommend this facility to anyone traveling to the Clearwater/Tampa area!

“Very nice place to stay”

Our overall stay with Chase Suites was very good. Every morning we had breakfast (good assortment) to choose from. The location was perfect for our destinations, near the airport and major highways. Bahama Breeze was next door in walking distance if you didn't want to venture out. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

“Great Hotel”

I was very pleased with my selection of the Chase Suites on a recent trip to Tampa Florida. Location was good and the hotel and the staff were wonderful. I wikk stay at the Chase wenever I return to Tampa.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Very nice grounds. Pool area a bit small. Hot tub was great. A relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly staff and super comfortable beds. Rooms could use some updating but still nice. There is a Bahama Breeze next door and about a 5-10 minute drive to anything else you may want. Wife and I felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay.

“Can't wait to go back”

Stayed in building 12 great location. They could not honor my request for two beds. They did not have roll away beds. Bought an inflatable mattress. Staff was great. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was average but kind of early 6.00am till9.00am. can't wait to go back. r

“Cut to the Chase - stay at the Chase Suite”

This is the nicest place. My "expedia" booking took me all of 1 minute to check in. All the informatin was right in the computer. They verified the info and gave me my keys. Room was very comfortable, clean and very accommodating. Pool area was spotless with towels right at poolside. Nice fishing dock and patio area. Never a problem parking close to our "little apartment". Was very quiet and included a great breakfast buffet. The afternoon manager's social was an added bonus. If ever back in Tampa, will definitely return to the Chase!

“Terrific Hotel!”

Terrific buy and facility. Love the area, easy to get to/from airport, and downtown. Housekeeping was immaculate and prompt. Extremely well designed room, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable bed! Down to earth, friendly, helpful staff across the board. Would definitely return.

great pAlce..the matress of the pullout sofa was a little thin and very uncomfortable...but everything else was perfect...bahama breeZe right next door for a few cocktails at night...wuld definitively recommend to others!
