Our room was not clean at all. Hair all over the place, dirt in the tub, and blood on the sheets. You would think for the cleaning fee you are charged the room would have been cleaned properly.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about the issues. This should not happen since we have one person that cleans a room, then an inspector checks the room, before the housekeeper does a final check. Our linens also undergo several checks before they leave the laundry room. I will ask housekeeping what happened with this room. Also, to clarify something, we do not charge a cleaning fee and never have unless a guest thoroughly trashes a room.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you booked a reservation through a third party and attempted to cancel a non-refundable reservation after the cancellation policy. This is a policy put in place by the third party booking agency.

It is an older property and side walks were broken and gravel scattered. I would stay there again. We had a 2 bedroom on the water. Employees helpful. Did have a free breakfast and free shuttle

I don't want to trash this hotel completely. It is very dated and has no frills. My big issue was actually with the cleaning personnel. The young lady knocked on my door at 8:15 AM which I thought was a little early, that being said, I asked her if she was going to meet my cleaning lady for my entire stay. She did not understand English, which is fine I totally understand that. My problem is I gave her $20 on my way out and when I came back she did absolutely nothing. I mean nothing. She did not make the bed. She did not freshen the towels. I was taken back by that. I did not make a complain to management because I chose to leave my thoughts here on Expedia. All in all, not a terrible experience, what left a bad taste in my mouth…

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about the issue with the housekeeper. We really do prefer to hear from a guest during their stay so we are able to fix an issue before they check out. Communication was timely and effective. No surprises at check in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, everyone greeted you with a smile. The breakfast bar had lots of options to accommodate different dietary styles. The facilities were as expected for a three star hotel. They are fine but show their age. Kitchen is sparsely appointed so no real cooking is possible.

Beautiful location. Lovely staff. Great breakfast options and they offer food in the evening for customer appreciation. Grounds kept clean. Rooms are spacious but could be cleaned a little better. Shuttle service to airport (and 5 miles anywhere) is very convenient. I’m a repeat customer and will be back any time I’m in Tampa.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, tienes una vista increíble, es un lugar tranquilo y callado. Lo que no me gustó es que las habitaciones no están limpias, parece que sus empleados limpian por encima y no a detalle. Me encontré pelos, polvo y basuritas por todos lados. Creo que no aspiran la alfombra. Las toallas huele feo, deberían usar mejor jabón. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas. Lo repito, el hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, creo que la administración del hotel debería estar más al pendiente de los detalles y la limpieza. Necesitan escribir los números en la parte de afuera a la vista de todos porque es un poco complicado encontrar tu habitación cuando recién llegaste y más si es en la noche.

Nice area for families or people who enjoy quiet. Close to airport and a few beaches on the bay. They do shuttle to various places, but glad we rented a car. Upstairs television didn't work and there was a trick to turning on the shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

I liked the set up of the rooms but very old and out dated. The door to where the air filter was full of dust and rugs very old and dirty. We had to wash the plates... you could see left over food on them. Bed was comfortable but sheets dirty. Put some money into this place... will not return

We were told breakfast was till 10am, and we went in at 9:40am, and they had already picked everything up. That breakfast was important to us, and we were early. We missed out. That isn’t right.

I apologize about the confusion. The breakfast ends at 10am on Sat/Sunday. m-f it closes at 9am.
