“not impressed”

was really looking for a hotel that had a heated pool and online it said so, but when we got there it was cold, to many strange people wandering the parking lot, did't feel safe

“Great stay for Bucs game!”

We booked the hotel for the convenience of walking to the Bucs/Panthers game. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with our stay, and it was in a great location for our situation. Would recommend out of towners to stay at the Comfort Inn for good price and great location for proximity to Raymond James Stadium.

“Avoid this hotel.”

This hotel is dated and located in a bad area. I didn't feel safe here at all. Try the Holiday Inn Express located next door if you have to stay in this area.

“Football trip”

went to Tampa for an NFL game at Raymond James stadium. the hotel is a short walk to the stadium, very convenient. we were actually worried being that close and the rates so inexpensive, that it would not be acceptable. but the room was clean and had a good sized fridge and a small microwave. also a coffeemaker. the hotel has a nice sized pool and a very nice steakhouse right next door. continental breakfast in the mornings were a great topper for us. would stay again if we attend another game or event in the area.

“Satisfactory”

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only problem was a noisy air conditioner in our room.

“No going back!!!”

As I stated in my trip experience, the hotel was not prepared for the influx of people that were there for the concert which started 1 1/2 hours after their unbending rule of 3 o'clock check-in. The people working were short with the groups waiting in line for check-in. They were not prepared. I've stayed at a number of Comfort Inns, but would not go back to this one!

Area recommendations

The area was not bad. And all the hotels in that area were about the same distants from all the activities in the area.

There were not too many restaurants within walking distance. I would reccomend looking into what was available near by first.

“Great value for convenient location”

The hotel is older, but clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for Raymond James Stadium. This is my second stay for an event at St Pete Times Forum downtown, which is only several miles away. The rate is so much less than the exclusive downtown hotels.

“A Good Place”

Stayed here because it was in walking distance to Raymond James Stadium. I saved money on parking at the Bucs game. Hotel was good. Decent breadfast too. A fresh copy of The Tampa Tribune was delievered in front of my room door. I would stay there again.
