I've stayed in better Comfort Inns.Posted Mar 7, 2014
There were no towels, no pillow cases on all the pillows. When the towels arrived, there were no wash cloths available for over an hour which was too late since we were meeting friends for dinner during that time. No elevator was a pain as you had a carry luggage up a flight of stairs which is not easy for women or older folks.

It's simple: Never againPosted Mar 1, 2014
Awful. Dirty. Noisy. Gritty. Scrarey. Musty. Smeared. Nasty. Horrendous. Unresponsive. Old. Loud. Sticky. Smelly.

Terrible HotelPosted Feb 27, 2014
After missing our flight we were forced to find a hotel. It took close to 90 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Disappointed with Expedia for confirming the 1.88 miles listed between airport and hotel, if a crow flies, and for misstating it was a 6 minute walk from the airport. Its approx 5-6 miles, not terribly far but not walking distant and an inconvenience if stuck in "stadium" or rush hour traffic. There are no restaurants in walking distant; a gas station with quick mart is two blocks. Regarding hotel, it appeared seedy, air conditioning was not cooling, strong deodorizer smell in room, painted bath tub that was peeling and cigarette burns in the blankets (I have pictures). I am rating the hotel staff as "disappointed". The receptionist was very busy, it didn't appear the hotel was hurting for business. Maybe it was due to the "cash" friendly sign that was posted on the hotel counter. However, she could have been more friendly when I called for shuttle pickup from the airport (three times I called). I asked the shuttle driver, after finally getting picked up, what time runs begin in the morning, he said 5:30. I checked with the women at the desk, she said 5:00. We decided to arrange for a cab to pick us up at 4:45am to catch our flight. Low and behold, the morning shuttle driver was already making runs to the airport at 4:45 but are cab had arrived, another $20 bucks. Expedia should remove this from their listing.

Wouldn't stay here again!Posted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: Close to car rental & airport.
Cons: New beds!
Location: Close to Yankee Spring training.
Booked a non-smoking queen bed room. We were put in a handicap room where the bathroom door could barely close because it was so close to the bed. The TV remote didn't work or the wifi. Called for a wake- up call but they didn't answer . The bed was the worst, we had to hold on to stay in it! Would not reccomend this Comfort Inn!

Water in the rugPosted Feb 27, 2014
The air conditioners drainpn the walkway out front of all the rooms on a 70 degree evening. My room leaked inside on the rig. Then it broke down when I tried to turn it off at 9:30pm. I had to change rooms and get up at 5:3am. Not good.

Convenient to airportPosted Feb 25, 2014
It took 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport. The walk to the outer buildings were shaddy at best. Very outdated and dirty lobby.

Great location, horrible roomsPosted Feb 25, 2014
I do not know if I should blame this on Expedia or the hotel. I checked into my room along with my wife and kids. The room had a horrible cigarette smell to it. The floors seemed damp and dirty. My kids were horrified. When I went to the front desk to complain about getting a smoking room, they told me that is what Expedia booked for me. Who in their right mind would book a smoking room for their kids. I am very reluctant to book a room through Expedia again since they obviously allowed this to happen.
