“Very Impressed, would go back”

We stayed at another hotel the night before, and I guess it is true you get what you pay for. Moved to this hotel and was very impressed from the moment we walked in the door until check out. Staff very friendly , rooms clean and comfortable.

“Wonderful experience”

I had been looking for a hotel in the area to go house hunting, and figured it was worth a little more money to sleep somewhere that had a decent breakfast and high speed internet. The bed was extremely comfortable (especially for a chain hotel) and the breakfast was divine so far as my experience with hotel breakfasts are concerned. There was a lot of variety, including fresh fruit salad, make your own waffle, and omletes made to order. The curtains were wonderful at blocking out street and sunlight, allowing for undisturbed sleep, and the staff was extremely friendly, giving suggestions about things to consider while visitng the area. The hotel is also centrally located so that I was able to go to Brandon, Tampa, and Ruskin, all within 15 minutes or less. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to visit in the are.

“Comfortable place to stay when on the road or visiting family”

We were recently visiting family in Brandon and stayed at the Courtyard Marriott. It's in a great location because it is close to Highway 60 and I-75, but without being close to highway noise. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. It is a simple, but comfortable and well-kept place to stay when tired from traveling on the road, or if you have family or business in Brandon.

“Nice Hotel”

We stayed one night- the hotel staff were pleasant and helpfull, we had to change rooms due to a lock problem but everything was handled by the staff without any interruption to our stay. the pool area is indoors -very clean- the workout facility is a little too crowded with equipment. Food is good (breakfast only) The beds look more comfortable than they feel-rooms are small.

“Good for the price”

I found this hotel clean, people were helpful and friendly. Hotel was a bit hard to find. loved the pillows, but the matress was so-so. I would stay at this hotel again.

“Acceptable, but not the best Marriot chain I have stayed in”

It was ok, I travel 3 weeks out of 4 for business and felt this hotel was just a little short on what a Marriot chain hotel usually lives up to. The exercise facility and pool area where nice. The staff was nice also, although twice I walked in the front door past smoking staff. (personal pieve) On the up side, I left my headlight on and they found someone quickly to help me jump start my car. The area the hotel is in is ok, this would not be a place to stay on vacation, but for business purposes you could do worse. I just expect better from Marriot.

We had a quiet pleasant stay at the hotel. Overall satisfied.

“It's OK”

We've been traveling recently and have stayed at a different top chain. That's our choice next time. Upon arrival a party checked was checking in and given a small "gift pack" we weren't. Maybe they had a special deal going and that's just fine but it made the hotel look bad and the woman at the desk didn't say anything. Some desk staff could have been friendlier - other staff were great. Most days no fruit at desk. Beds a little hard. Room's were clean and that's great! It's just fine for an overnight but we were there longer so if thats the case we'd recommend a more comfortable place. They did have a little food shop so that was nice for late night arrival.
