Pros: The pool - but not the secondhand smoke coming from the balconies facing into the pool area.
Cons: No smoking on the balconies facing into the pool area.
Location: Close to the airport
Nice pool but dreary room. I have no more left to say

Pros: Pool area was nice. The sports bar food was decent.
Room was a little noisy and had no view. Pool area was bright and had a great deck overlooking area. Hottub looked good but there were too many people in it so I didn't use it.

In transit - overnight stay

Pros: As above, particularly the room; King bed, 2 Large screen TV's, plenty of space.
Cons: Nothing for us.
Location: Convient to airport & easy to locate.
Convenient to Airport, Staff were excellent throughout, including the bar/lounge, food was great, accomodations were above expectations; an excellent hotel all around. I would rate it a 12 out of 10! :-))

Nice hotel great staff

Just great for our family. When we arrived our daughter was crying and the front deal clerk handed her a cookie and she was all better.

When we got there to check in, they seemed to have trouble finding a room with two double beds! They ended up putting us in a room with a conference room and a small room with two beds! It wasn't as comfortable as the double rooms that I have stayed in previously at the same location!

Pros: the room was lovely
Arriving after 10 pm from the west coast, we were tired. We waited and waited while numerous shuttles arrived, none from our hotel. Finally, we called and were told something that sugessted we'd be picked up. After the 2nd call to the hotel and no shuttle, we finally took a cab.

Convenient hotel close to Tampa airport

Pros: Location close to Tampa airport with shuttle service very convenient. The Bar staff, Chris, was very pleasant however the choice of food is limited.
Check in was quick. However, the room assigned to us was on the ground floor and rather dated. We should have asked to be changed but we were tired and only there one night. Coming back from dinner we noticed a very "doggy" smell in the room but again being late we chose not to ask to be moved. We wish we had. The air conditioner crackled all night long and cut in and out no matter which setting we used. Very annoying. Checking out we did mention this to the staff and she was very sorry and offered us a free breakfast. We didn't take her up on the offer as we had an early flight home but a nice gesture. Not the greatest last night of two weeks vacation. We have stayed at numerous Hilton hotels being a Hilton Honors member and this was not a great stay.

Close to the airport

Room was next to the stairs so a bit noisy. Not enough towels in the room. Good place to stay if you're flying out the next morning.

Horrible customer service

When we checked in at 4pm, the room was not ready, we never got our doubletree cookies, and the clerk seemed uninterested. We have previously stayed and had a complimentary breakfast buffet... not this time. Nobody warned us the crappy food on the buffet would be like $36 for 2 people. Probably wont choose this hotel again.
