theres always some valet staff outside so even though we didn't have a room with a balcony we were still able to go out in the parking lot and enjoy a smoke and talk

Close to airport.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable.
Cons: The carpet in the room needed to be cleaned.
We had a very good night's stay and a delicious breakfast next morning.

Not up to Double Tree standards

Cockroach in my bathroom. The room was fairly quiet and comfortable but the property was not up to Double Tree standards. It appears that cleanliness is taking a back seat to the banquet business they are doing on a regular basis. Breakfast and restaurant staff were good.

Location was good. Staff were helpful and efficient. Had small issue with ac unit in the room.

Close to airport with nice sports bar and restaura

Pros: Restaurant and balcony. Doubletree Cookies are always good too!
Location: Walk to the mall is a bit far but the shuttle will take you if it's not busy with airport trips.
Great place to stay before or after a flight. Nice sports bar and restaurant and rooms have a small balcony.

Good overnight pre cruise/flight

We only stopped the one night pre cruise. Free airport shuttle picked us u following a call from the baggage reclaim area. Taxi to the cruise terminal around $25. We couldn't fault the hotel, arrived late at night, large spacious rooms with twin queen beds and nice bathroom. Though next to the interstate, room was quiet and good nights sleep after long transatlantic flights. Staff were courteous and helpful. Only criticism would be location if for anything other than short stay.

Old dirty hotel near the airport.

Pros: It's close proximity to the airport.
Cons: The hotel should be renovated altogether!
Location: Close proximity to the airport, downtown, and local malls and eateries.
This hotel is very old and dingy. The carpet in the rooms was old and really dusty. Housekeeping should take the time to vacuum the floors, shampoo the carpet occassionally, and wipe down the furniture in the rooms. I had to use my own sanitizers to cleanse the room before I would touch anything, and after that, I still refused to allow my bare feet to touch the floors. This was not the typical DoubleTree I'm accustomed to staying in.

Hotel is OK

The stay was OK. The hotel put us in a room next to the interstate and it was hard for us to get rest cause of all the noise

Reasonable price, close to the airport, staff friendly and helpful. Lobby needs to be updated and remodelled !!!
