Way better than MainSail and way less also.This was a relief from the other placed we stayed at Mainsail is a not great at all.Place was clean and every time you called about something you got a reply.

Great place to stay and take in Tampa/Busch Gardens the shuttle to and from the park and within a 5 mile radius was excellent as was the full breakfast and manager reception in the evening. Thank you we had a great stay and will return.

I was looking for a decent hotel that was not too expensive. Embassy Suite met this criteria. The room is clean and the service people were very helpful. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suite near Busch Garden.

Staff was extremely accomodating as well as charming and very cheerful. Hotel was very well kept and service was exquisite.

“Great hotel”

I was in Tampa on business but took my teens so they could enjoy Busch Gardens while I was in meetings. They rode the free shuttle over and back. They did not have to wait for it either way and were very happy with the service. The free breakfast is plentiful, varied, tasty and quite surprising considering it is free. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful, both to me and to my teenage girls. We are going back to Tampa at the end of June and will stay at the Embassy Suites again.

“Everything you need is at this hotel”

Embassy Suites has always been a pleasant experience for me since I was a child and always love the atrium. The hotel is pricier per night however, look what you get! The breakfast in the morning alone is worth the price. If we would have went to IHOP in the morning it would have cost us at least 30 bucks so that almost makes up in the price. You could pay 99 bucks down the road but they won't have the amenities. The restaurant they have on premises is very reasonably priced. I would recommend to bring the price even lower to order off the child's menu-even for an adult. A child's burger was $4.95 and more than enough for an adult to eat. Not to mention the manager's reception cocktail hour for two hours was also worth the price. We got free drinks for two hours while we waited for food from the hotel's restaurant. We didn't have to leave. Everything you needed was there. A mile away from Busch Gardens and about three miles from the museum. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel at all. Can't wait to go back.
