Was unable to use the spa since jets were not working. Room was not equipped for 3 people. Only pillows and bedding and towels for 2. Beds were made after first night but dirty dishes were not picked up. Kitchenette had no supplies or dish towels. Buffet food was average. Not enough fruit at buffet.

Breakfast staffs are very nice. Room is spacious and clean. I was able to book a room with short notice and still reasonable price.

Only stayed for 1 night but it was nice. Room was nice with plenty of space. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Pool and hot tub were nice and stayed open til 11 on Sat night. Will def stay again

The staff (specifically John) were good !! Area isn’t the best. Don’t even try getting breakfast because it’s not happening. Outside hotel isn’t what you’d think it is.

Room was very clean however hallway entrance needs attention. Evening reception not good at all and not as advertised. Restricted to 2 drinks with snacks restricted to selection of veggies.

If you're expecting a true Embassy Suites, this is not it. On top of that they charged $19 a day for parking. This is the only hotel room I've been in where the television is perpendicular to the bed. This appears to be an older hotel that had a microwave, refrigerator and pull out couch added. Although the staff was extremely nice, I will never stay there again.

I had booked this hotel because the clerk I spoke with told me that they had 24hr. shuttle to the airport. When we got there the clerk told us that the shuttle starts at 6am. Well my flight takes off at 6:10am. I have to be at the airport 2 hours early. It cost me almost $100 dollars to get a ride to the airport!!! I was mad!!! I won't stay at your hotel again!! Someone lied to me and I don't like that!!!!

I am very sorry for your experience. I can guarantee you that no one at this hotel told you we had 24hr service. It may have been a 3rd party booking that you went through or someone through reservations, but we have never had 24-hour service and I don't know of any hotel within 100 miles of this one that does have 24-hour service. Again, I apologize for your inconvenience.

Our check-in was horrible. The manager did not want to give me a room because the hotel “did not receive the payment from Expedia”, despite I paid for the reservation in December. Later, in about two hours they found the room after Expedia agent stepped in. It costed me a headache and high blood pressure to my wife. This was a first time I experienced such unfriendly, careless behaviour from hotel staff.

Unfortunately, the assessment is incorrect. The guest actually came behind the front desk and was shown that the hotel did not have a valid method of payment on file with the hotel. The guest was also shown that when Expedia initially provided a virtual card, it said "Declined for NSF". The guest was shown this and called Expedia, and once they updated their card, this guest was checked in. I spoke with the guest personally. while we love to get feedback from all of our guests whether it's good or bad, we also believe in fairness.

Not a good property for people with disabilities especially the parking and the housekeeping know they found my watch and didn’t not return it and I went right back that same day and called multiple times they wouldn’t answer nor have they returned my call back still until this day

We "booked" a 2 bedroom suite for 5 adults. No, its a 2 bed suite. Yes there are 2 rooms. One bedroom 2 beds and one living room with a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed had dirty linens. We arrived very late and just needed to crash so we over looked the miscommunication and made due with the sofa bed. The morning staff was fantastic when we asked for more towels as the room had only 2 bath towels. Breakfast was a serious perk of the stay. The shuttle driver was FANTASTIC and helped us get right to the car rental place.5 stars for him. Over all not bad would stay again if necessary. It got the job done for 5 weary travelers.

We apologize for any miscommunication. We only have 4 2bedroom- 2bath suites in the entire hotel. Depending on how you made your reservation that may have not been clear. On the website it does 2 room suites and 2bedroom suites. Hopefully we will provide for you a much clearer understanding when you stay with us in the future.

Enjoyed my stay!!
Loved the room. Big Comfortable bed, slept like a baby!! Very clean. Every time I left they cleaned the GREAT JOB VERY CLEAN ROOM. Breakfast was very good too. Two free drinks during happy hour were great!! My only complaint would be it wasn't the room I ordered

The place is dingy, walls and carpet are dirty. The lady at the front desk ignored me for at least 5 minutes, all she had to do is say I'll be with you in a minute, but she acted like i wasn't even there. Parking was $18, ok, but its in a 4 level garage that has no elevator and is not connected to the hotel, so I had to make multiple trips up and down stairs from the garage to the hotel. The room had dirty hand prints on the walls, there was old popcorn on the floor of the kitchenette. The bathroom had hairs in the shower, and there was rust streaks on the tub. The carpet was gross and i wore shoes the whole time. Not a good place to stay.
