“Great deal for the price!”

It was like home with the luxury of a hotel. The spacious suite had everything--comfortable queen-size beds, small kitchen with the basics, and a spacious bathroom with plenty of clean linen. The location is great-- only a few minutes drive to downtown and the University of Tampa where I had to go. Somehow the one-person staff at the reception made excellent customer service seem effortless. She took care of our check-in and check-out speedily and with a smile. Of course, it helped that we had booked through expedia. Paying up front with Expedia sure speeds the process.

With the exception of the elevator vibrating and shuddering like it was on it's "last trip" (so we took the stairs for the rest of our stay instead), and the fact that there was a HUGE BOX tv in our room with a remote that didn't work, it was fine! The hotel was a comfortable hotel and you wouldn't even know there was an apartment complex RIGHT BEHIND it, if you didn't see it. The neighborhood was quiet (and my stay was on a nice clear warm SATURDAY night, when there's USUALLY loud parties going on!), but the apartment residents were quiet and seemed well behaved. For the MOST part, YES, I will stay here again while in Tampa! Nice "ducked off" get away spot! I only wish there was a pool, so I could have sat beside it and smoked my Ashton Cabinet Series Maduro XL cigar!

The hotel was very occomadating in my room and floor preferences. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. You get a recliner plus kitchenette and much cheaper than surrounding hotels. They don't have a pool and breakfast was a little skimpy but OK. Plenty of chairs and tables for work free WIFI and the staff were very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very quiet.
