very good location

Pros: location to the airport
the pick up service from the shopping mall to the hotel didn't work on the occasion i tried it. i had to pay for a taxi. i mentioned this to the hotel and they very quickly put things right and offered to either refund or give me some drinks at the bar. it was well handled and i appreciated it. as someone who actually owns hotels i thought they did a good job

Great hotel close to airport and all inclusive!

Cons: nothing
Location: airport, shopping, restaurants, activities
Great hotel, close to airport, shopping, restaurants and all inclusive of restaurants and bar and view. Staff and the food at the restaurants was excellent. We enjoyed the sunset from the rooftop bar/restaurant.

Convenient and close to Tampa airport.

Hotel was overrun by bikers convention. Very crowded and felt like you were inside a bike club all the time. Crowded in all public spaces.

The location, room, and amenities were what I expected from a well-rated hotel. What made my stay great was the attentiveness of the staff from check-in to check-out. Special kudos to the employee who was nice enough to get me a protein bar for my trip when the gift shop was closed - without me asking! Great job. Will stay again the next time I'm in Tampa.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. However we were next to a guest that had a dog. I was not happy about that at all. Also the room walls were very thin . But a beautiful room; next time we will request a room at the end of the hallway because guests were not mindful of the door slamming and very loud talking while other guests were sleeping.

Nice stay

The Grand Hyatt is a nice hotel with a great restaurant on the top floor. We stayed in the casitas, which I did not like. The rooms were clean but you are removed from the hotel. I would stay in the main hotel next time.
