“Stay here if you're visiting Ybor City”

Clean comfy room, beautiful brick patio, courteous staff and close to the action on 7th Street. I didn't realize it until I checked out, but the firmness of the beds is adjustable. Looking forward to staying here again!

Other than they forgot to restock the coffee in our room, the rest was excellent. It was all good.

i feel as though with it being in the middle of the ybor the tampa nightlife, they could have their shuttle service available to their guest later than 9pm. we stayed there for my birthday. everyone of my friends paid to park in the lot since that was our meeting location,under the impression shuttle was available to and from jackson's; however, it was only available til 9pm, my party didnt start til 11pm. we needed a taxi van. front desk called for a taxi car. no way a whole bunch of us were fitting in one taxi but all in all the hotel stay and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was great too ! they were understanding about us being loud and tipsy coming in and going out....needless to say very helpful lol

“Wimbledon delay”

No complaints at all. Mae even got to stay late to watch the end of Wimbledon final.

Our hotel experience was excellent. Great location near the heart of Ybor City. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Clean room and staff did a great job keeping it that way. I love the location as you can park your car and walk to a variety of great restaurants, museums or shops.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel when we returned to Tampa for my husband's high school reunion. We were quite pleased with our stay and would return without hesitation. The staff was helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was within walking distance of many of Ybor City's great restaurants, shops, and bars. Just a few blocks away, there is a Farmer's Market every Saturday with many arts and crafts vendors as part of the traditional food market. There is a trolly system with stops near the hotel as well as a courtesy van that goes to certain areas on a schedule (we took it into downtown Tampa one evening). We secured a much better rate than any hotel in the downtown Tampa area and preferred the location as well. We would definitely return.

Our room was available early, The staff was nice, rooms were clean. It is a great location to book for any event in the Ybor area or a weekend of shopping and great food. I will say I wish they had more baggage carts for checking and out. For the price it was a great stay.
