Good place for traveling with dogs. Dog beach 15 min drive. Walkable restaurants for breakfast. Hotel was clean. Price was a little steep for an average hotel. Everything was extra: parking, breakfast $70 per dog non refundable.

Very clean and bright; very-well maintained property! Staff was very nice and outgoing. The only issue we had was that we made two requests during our stay with the same front desk person (who was very nice), however they did not follow through with either request.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and were very helpful. The A/C was struggling to stay at 70° and smelled kinda musty. The room was very clean. The shower head pressure was weak, but otherwise ok. My biggest hangup would have to be the PARKING!! Pay-by-phone parking at $25/DAY to stay in the hotel parking lot?! Ridiculous! At the VERY least, guests should be able to pay a reduced rate to park in the parking lot of the hotel?! Overall, stay was ok.

Way over priced! Spend 350 a night Nothing comes free w the stay..Rooms not the cleanest and the window looking out was so moldy and dirty. 20$ for breakfast shld be complimentary. 2 bottles of water in room are 3$ a bottle and charge parking on their own property is 25$ for 24hrs. So in one night u cld spend over 400 a night .

Hotel was nice, staff...just ok. Front desk staff seemed to be bothered by me checking in. Also a bit ridiculous to me to pay another $25 per night to park in their parking lot after the hefty per night price for a room.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Area was amazing. So much to do and lots of nearby places to eat. The Free trolley that takes you downtown was also a perk. Felt completely safe out at night. Only complaint was the iron didn’t work, dog hair on the couch and a little outdated but id definitely stay again.

Older hotel, neat and clean but needs upgrade. Single slow elevator, expensive parking. Easy walking distance to downtown, Amalie arena. Ybor historic area only couple blocks away. While we were there activities included Pirate parade, WWF Wrestling, Lightning hockey game which made the rooms very expensive at $315 a night

The great thing about this hotel is it is in a pretty decent neighborhood within walking distance of historic downtown Ybor. And it's cleanliness. Aside from that the room was small, outdated, lacked little things like smart tv for streaming. That said, it's an unabashed cash grab once you get there. You have to pay a third party almost 30 dollars to park in their private lot.and don't expect free breakfast. They want $20 per plate for the same buffet you can get at Motel 6 for free. I've come to expect a certain level of service from Hilton after years of being on the road for business. This sullies that name. Do better.

Very expensive rate compared to my friends who stayed at the same hotel on the same night. Service was adequate. Breakfast was $15 for French toast and bacon plus tip. Close walk to historic district with cigar shops, restaurants, roosters, art galleries. A/C kept me up at night. Room next to us played TV very loud. Pillows were too soft. Not impressed for the high price.

I was sent a message a few days before my stay from Expedia asking if I had any requests for my stay. The email gave examples. We always ask for more pillows so I figured this would be great. Having them there before we check in. Once I responded to the email I received another email stating the hotel would get back to me directly... they never did. I read somewhere if you book from a 3rd party you get the worst room. I now know that is true. We got the room where if we open the door to the room you can see the whole lobby. Rust all over the light fixtures in the bathroom and it looks like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No vents so I'm not surprised. I will say the customer service was excellent. From the person who checked us in, the person who dropped off the pillows after we asked again and the man who checked us out. Water pressure in the shower was also amazing.

Because of a lack of communication among staff, a staff member tried to enter our room late at night, and in fact would have gotten in our room if the security hook hadn't been in place. This was followed by phone calls asking why we were in the room.

Staff at front desk great. Now scan QR code and pay almost 30.00 to park at the hotel BS. Park on street out front on public street have to scan QR code again to park on taxpayers public street BS. Not a gold member 20.00 per person for the usual run of the mill hotel breakfast that is usually included with most reservations. Not to mention all the stupid protected roosters making loud noises all times of the day and crapping everywhere. Ybor used to be a blast. Those day gone. Great location!!
The location was perfect walking distance for enjoying all of 7th Avenue and the Reliaquest Bowl parade! It was centrally located to Busch Gardens, and Raymond James Stadium. And it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get To both. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were great but could use a little updating.

Great place to stay near Ybor City and Tampa
Great location. Just enough away from the lightning game and near Ybor City. Trolley is RIGHT there and free to get to downtown. Hotel staff are great, room was perfect. Only complaint, the elevator is a little slow :).

The room was great and being so close to the ybor strip was awesome. The only thing that kind of bummed me out was the whole 20 dollars for breakfast. There was nothing said about that before i checked in. And i think that paying 300 dollars for one night would include a continental breakfast. We weren't even given a yogurt, bagel or anything, just sort of barked at by the breakfast security guard lady. Kind of ruined my morning. But the room was nice. And the from desk last we checked in with was very sweet and gave us good insight of what to expect at the football stadium.

Nice staff but you have to pay to park
The hotel is nice and it is clean. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The reason I’m reading it as I did was because when I made the reservation it said parking available but I didn’t realize you had to pay for parking. When we arrived at the hotel, it was $40 to park in the parking lot for 2 days. Also, there is no breakfast included. It’s my fault that I didn’t pay better attention to the details when booking the hotel, because there are similar hotels in the area that offered the same rate with free parking and a free breakfast. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I don’t think that I should have to pay to park at a hotel that I’m already paying to stay in.
