“Good place to stay”

The Hilton was a pleasant place to relax and stay before a flight. Would recommend it to everyone. Really nice shuttle driver as well. All in all a nice stay.

“Change the name from Hilton to BUDs Truck Stop Motel”

For a Hilton the location is convenient for the Buc’s Games. The popcorn was falling off the ceiling in the main part of the room, the bathroom ceiling tiles were coming down and stained. The bathroom tub leaked. The only thing that made it a Hilton is the $2.50 Coke. P.S. The coffee packs are stale.

“So-So visit”

Hotel was clean, staff was professional, rooms were comfortable. Only complaint was that I booked a smoking room and upon check-in was given a non-smoking room because the 3 rooms they have that are smoking were occupied. I was dissappointed that I didn't get the room I requested, but will say that upon voicing complaint to the front desk, they did offer other alternatives (a ground floor room with a door connected to a courtyard). As I was travelling with my daughter, we did not want to change from 2 queen beds to 1 king. The hotel did its best to satisfy us, I just wish we could have had the room we booked. Location had easy access to food and shopping. Overall, I'd recommend to others.

“Wonderful, helpful staff...beautiful hotel”

This was a wonderful experience at the Hilton. The staff was so nice and helpful, sincerely kind people. The shuttle bus drivers...great!!...even helped us find delicious and reasonable restaurants. He drove us to and from the airport, meetings and restaurants. Didn't need a rental car-nice. It was fun going as a group that way. We sat in the lobby for hours visiting, very comfortable and relaxing. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, nice reading chair and foot stool. Internet in the room is extra, but there is a small office area to use just off the lobby with 3 computers and a printer .They extended the check out time due to my flight leaving in the late afternoon. I lost my jacket and didn't realize it until I was at the airport; they found it and mailed it to me.(Thank you Jamie) On top of all that, I got the best deal for the round trip airfare and hotel cost.

“Horrible Hilton Hotel”

This hotel was bad from the minute we drove up to the pitiful entrance. It was dirty, tired, and in a lousy area. Bad beds just made it worse.

“It was okay”

This hotel had a great location close to downtown. The neighborhood was so-so, but we ordered pizza from a local place that was excellent. The room was clearly well-used and we had a broken toilet seat. The shower temperature controls were a mystery. The on-site restaurant had good food and nice staff, but it was a little pricey. Overall our stay wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either.

Area recommendations

I would try to get even a little closer to downtown to be within walking distance to the shops, restaurant and aquarium.
