Noticed the Holiday Inns are skimping on cups in the bathroom. The Holiday Inns I have stayed at in the food area, early evening to late night, would have a big bowl of fruit and a basket of cookies, granola bars, crackers, etc. This one had none of that, even the dirty clothes plastic bag is very thin & nothing to tie it up.

We were in Tampa to see a concert. We were very happy with the location which was close to the concert venue and very easy to get back onto Rte 75. Clean, comfortable, bedding was soft, and breakfast was good. Loved the warm cinnamon roll. The only criticism is the lighting in the bathroom was too low and made it difficult to put on make up.

The property was very convenient to what we were visiting and was nice and clean. I really loved the Dove bath and hand washes offered in the rooms. I hope that I can find that particular kind in the stores so I can buy for my home. They make everything feel so soft and smooth. The staff encountered were nice.

Bedding, Towels, Water Pressure, Breakfast were very good. Because the property sits on a main road to the interstate and our room faced the road, the noise throughout the night was very loud. Perhaps an even numbered room facing the back would have been better. The first day we had room service, they took the $5 tip on the bed, left the bed unmade, removed the towels without replacing them, and didn't restock the coffee bar. Both front desk staff we interacted with were excellent although at this writing, I've not received the receipt via email as I was told.

Found dried macaroni and cheese in carpet. The smell in the room, hallway and lobby was horrible. Our room smelled musty and the lobby must have flooded as there was huge drying fans blowing around. Would not recommend this hotel! Blah!

The gentleman at the front tried his best to help. He was nice and receptive. Breakfast was good. I am very disappointed with this holiday inn. The place was duty. The room assigned on the second floor smell moldy and people were smoking weed and had low music. We were assigned another room on the second floor. The smell of cigarettes on the hallway was terrible. We stayed there because it was late and wake up with bad allergies. I will never stay there again
