would stay again. Very close to Busch Gardens. Complimentary shuttle to and from Busch Gardens. Very friendly staff.

Close to Busch gardens

Beds could have been better; sheets and comforter were stained plus the bed wasn't the softest compared to other holiday inn's I have stayed in. Great location. Breakfast was mediocre but included!! Staff was pleasant.

It offered a shuttle to Busch gardens which was great. The driver was prompt and very courteous. It was quite a drive to other attractions. There was a boys football team staying there at the same time and they made a dirt mess all over, especially the elevators. They were muddy the entire visit, but it was hard to keep ahead of those kids. They made a mess in the breakfast area as well, but Miss Mary and the other girls kept it clean. Our room was nice and we enjoyed all the room it had The only problem was the mattresses! They sunk down in the middle and were very uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good nights sleep. We never heard anyone out in the hallway or in the next room.

Durchschnittliches Hotel

Alles durchschnittlich hier. Das Hotel ist sauber und liegt sehr nah an den Busch Gardens, wenn man dort hin will. Dadurch, dass viele Familien mit Kindern dorthin gehen wird es manchmal laut im Hotel. Als wir dort waren war es sehr laut dadurch.

Good Hotel

Pros: Centralized good price
Cons: Washer and dryers, breakfast offerings
Location: Reasonably close to downtown Tampa. 15 min drive
We arrived at hotel and was courteously greeted and processed quickly. No issues with the room. We had to do Laundry. The dryer was having issues and would start and spin correctly. Attempt to spin it by hand just to get it going. This malfunction and lack of a second washer and dryers made for a long washing process. Other than that all was ok. The free breakfast was ok but could be a bit better

Close to Busch Gardens and hotel provided transportation to park- no charge. Next door is Olive Garden and Red Lobster. Easy access to I275 so it was easy going from Tampa to St. Petersburg.

Very close to Busch Gardens Park!

Pros: Clean and roomy for 4 people.
Cons: Breakfast was crazy busy! Set up might need to be coordinated better. Are the breakfast guests really guests of hotel?
Location: Very close to the Busch Gardens Park!
Convenient location to the park. We walked to the park in the morning and took shuttle back to the hotel.

Reason for booking was Transportation

The reason for booking was due to transportation advertised to and from port and / or airport. This did not happen. It cost me and a friend each $ 130.00 including tips because of this mistake in advertising. I would have paid more for my hotel had I known this was the case. I was told because I didn't book directly with them. This occurred at both hotels I booked through you. Believe me I was not happy nor is my friend talking to me yet because of the mistake.

Staff needs customer service training

Pros: fairly new accomodations, roomy
Cons: The staff clearly needs customer-service training; while they were pleasant, they did not follow through on any promises made to me.
Location: The location was right down the street from Busch Gardens and had several nearby restaurants within walking
Although the room was nice, it was uncomfortable and the staff did not deliver on several promises. My stay was extremely disappointing. I am even an IHG reward member, but that didn't seem to matter to this staff. When checking in, the clerk said that he would put IHG reward points on my card, even though I booked through a third party. I thought, "Great". Hmm. Still waiting... Then, after walking in the room, I became warm and we tried to adjust the thermostat (there were 2), which neither worked; so we called down to the front desk and told them that we would like it to be cooler, but the thermostats were not in operation. He said they would send someone up in a few minutes. No one ever showed up! After waiting about 45 minutes, I fell asleep (my teenage son was still up and no one knocked) In the morning when they asked how everything was, of course, I told them what had happened and the woman up front apologized and said she would put extra points on my IHG account because of the uncomfortability of the room. Well, I just checked my points; there are none. I do find it somewhat unconscionable that I received nothing for staying in a room that was too warm for me and no one showing up to fix it. Also two staff members promising me points, and neither delivered. I do not believe I have ever had this happen to me before. Needless to stay, even though I am an IHG member, I will never stay in this hotel again.
