“Perfect for going to Busch Gardens”

We had planned a trip to Busch Gardens and we were looking for a neat and accessible hotel to spend the night and we found exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy to have picked this hotel

“Had an awesome stay”

Very clean hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The room had everything we needed including microwave and refrigerator. Good location near Busch Gardens and USF. Also near CVS and next to Village Inn (yum...pie) A plus for me was that the housekeeping staff waited to clean the room until we left despite our late start of the day. I've been used to housekeeping knocking, or letting themselves in while I was still in bed or still getting ready. Also they provided me with a toothbrush and a razor since I forgot mine. Very pleasant stay

“Nice atmosphere”

I have stayed at this location before, and have been quite happy. I did have to call the desk about the cleanliness of a chair, which had a spill down the arm and on the cushion. It was handled as best as they could at the time, which was spot clean and then, at least, put a cover over it. It was mentioned that it would be reported and taken care of completely. I would stay here again while in the Tampa area, as this one item over multiple stays was rather minor, and they were courteous and efficient.

This is convenient to USF, Busch Gardens and is on the outskirts of Tampa.

“Close to USF”

Service was great. Room was clean and close to USF. I forgot important papers in the room after we had checked out. Housekeeping recognized they weren't garbage and they saved them for me and had them when I called. we have stayed there twice and will again.

Dining

There is a wonderful Thai restaurant called Noodles n' Thai on Fletcher avenue close to hotel. Excellent authentic Thai food and very reasonable.

“If you need a nice, clean hotel near USF, you cna't go wrong with this one!”

I needed a nice, clean, inexpensive hotel close to USF and this hotel fit the bill quite nicely. The hotel itself is very deceptive from the outside...it looks kind of old-ish, but once you get inside the courtyard and especially in the room, any concerns completely disappear. The room was plenty big enough, very clean, and always taken care of very efficiently...nice touches like "leaving the light on" were very much appreciated. One thing I noticed in particular was how quiet the room was -- there was a large family reunion going on for part of my stay and once I was in for the night, I couldn't hear a thing going on outside at the Tiki bar (which was pretty dool, too!) The small restaurant served very good food for breakfast, without breaking the budget either. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to be close to either USF or Busch Gardens and wants to get great service at a very reasonable price.

“Will use again if opportunity arises”

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly. If I could change anything about it, I would add a continental breakfast. Otherwise, it's great the way it is.

“loved the set up and decor of the room”

We had to switch rooms becaeu the A/C went out. The front desk clerks were very nice and accomodating. The tiki bar was a little of a let down, but being able to sit out on the deck and tht over looked the pool was fabulous. We woud definitlely recoomend this hotel and will return herer on out next visit to the Tampa area.
