Cons: I booked with Expedia and was not allowed to participate in the morning breakfast buffet without additional expense.
A place to sleep. A place to eat. But boy were the menu prices extreme.

As we are a full service hotel, we do not offer the complimentary breakfast that our sister hotel chain, Holiday Inn Express, provides. However, we do offer delicious and innovative food at competitive prices with our surrounding area hotels, and we offer great perks like our "kids eat free" program. Holiday Inn May 2015

Location: I was there because my Mom was in the hospital at Tampa General only 10 minutes away.
the staff was so nice. the parking was ample and it was so easy to find right off rt.275.And the pool was sweet.

Nice hotel. Beds were small

Hotel was very clean. Staff was superior. Wish the beds were a bit bigger. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the hotel was overall. Would definitely stay here again

Tampa weekend.

I've stayed at this hotel throughout the years in its many renditions. The new feel is quite nice. My only complaints are with minor repairs that although completed in a very timely manner once I notified the front desk, should have been noticed earlier. The toilet was running nonstop when I entered the room and it was obvious someone had attempted an improper repair. The lavatory sink was nearly completely stopped up. When it was taken apart several items were in the pipe which had to be left there during previous improper repairs. They were too large to have gotten by the pop up assembly unless the work was done improperly.

Super soft sheets and mattress that you simply sink into. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings. Very friendly staff.

Overpriced, wish my reservation wasn't non-refund.

The staff were excellent, however there was mood in the shower. Very expensive room, wish the reservation was non-refundable as a less expensive option became available.

Regarding our room rates, we certainly do have room rates that are refundable if canceled prior to 6 p.m. on the day before your arrival date. However, our non-refundable rate is most often the lowest rate offered for a given night. Occasionally, but not often, discounts may be offered that lower the rate beyond the non-refundable option. However, this is not common and I apologize that you were unhappy with rate purchased. We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope that you will allow us another opportunity to serve you.

Nice hotel, Great location

Pros: It had a restaurant and bar along with a workout facility and pool. I also liked the convenience of the location.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was great for access to downtown Tampa and getting to the St Petersburg area, as well as the airport. I would stay here again.
