“Everything was wonderful !”

Probably the best hotel stay I have had in years. The room was very clean and comfortable and I felt safe and welcome there. A good exercise room, nice pool area and they even had a basketball court. The free breakfast was first class- bacon, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, bagels, danishes, coffee, juice, etc., not lacking anything ! Full kitchen in the room complete with stove, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, and plates and silverware. Resturants and stores only minutes away. Just off the interstate. And all of this at a very affordable price. I'll will stay there the next time i'm in Tampa.

“Will Stay Here Again”

The only real complaint I have is that the front desk seemed to be too busy for just one person on both Friday and Saturday. No major problems. Staff was very friendly, the room was great, and the hotel was the perfect distance between Busch Gardens, restaurants, and shopping!

“Outstanding hotel”

Everything about this place is top notch! The staff is over the top helpful and pleasant. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and well equipped, and the breakfast is the best I have ever had travelling. We will efinitely make this our choice when in this area!!

“Impressed”

Was impressed by the modern decor of the suite. Very clean and meticulous from lobby to room. All staff helpful and greeted me as I came and left (when I say all staff I inlcude maintenance and housekeeping . . . all pleasant, polite and friendly). Complimentary breakfast included hot items which were all excellent. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. . . . :-)

Area recommendations

Surrounded by trees makes it appear secluded. Yet many city-like attractions in Brandon are just a stones' throw away.

“Great service, but dated”

The hotel has excellent customer service and a great breakfast, but is a bit dated. Our comforter was stained and the bed was lumpy and fell to one side. The sleeper sofa that our kids slept on was stained beyond belief. For the quality of the sleep, I think the hotel is a bit overpriced.

Had a grweat quite room with lots of room. Lovely breakfast, quick and easy to get. Would stay again with no problem.

Nicer than staying in busy Tampa, easy to get in ansd out of town with lots to do around the area (food,shopping ans etc.

“Nice Place”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, breakfast was wonderful and location was [perfect. Close to mall, dining and movie theater but away from traffic. Will definitely stay again.

“Homewood Suites Brandon”

Only problem was that our last day there, hotel had a fire in a guest's room which necessitated us evacuating the building for about an hour(it was 30 degrees!) We wound up checking out a day early due to the resulting mess. The hotel , however, refunded us that night and went out of their way to make up for it. An unfortunate experience that doesn't diminish the hotel in any way!
