“Pleasant Surprise”

I booked a full size bed room and was upgraded to a king suite free of charge. they were helpful it was clean.. its not very moden but you get what you pay for.

“Carpets very dirty”

All OK with the hotel but the carpet was very dirty & needed to be cleaned badly.

The hotel was about what we expected for the money.

“Mixed Review”

The people at the front desk were very nice, friendly and helpful. However the room was not as clean as I like - someone else's hair on my pillowcase, some lint on the rug, grime in all corners of bathroom. Every day when I came back in the evening I found that the maid service had missed something different on each day: no clean wash cloth, no clean bath mat, left my used towels lying on the floor. I would not go back to this hotel.

“Nice Hotel”

This was a good hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Good for a night or two. Close to the St. Pete Times Forum.

The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and most importantly for us, the hotel was right across the street from my sister's apartment.

“A TAMPA TREASURE”

Comfortable accommodations, convenient location with immediate access to the Tampa CrossTown Express to I-75 north and south and to the I-4 to Orlando. Also within several blocks of the Ganday Bridge to St. Pete. Lots of shopping centers, movie theatre and fast food establishments in immediate vicinity. Also good restuarants within a mile of the lodging. The appearance is always neat and pleasant and the rooms are spacious with desk, sofa, cable access tv. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job in cleaning the rooms. Great continental breakfast in spacious room with tv. The pickings are fresh and enjoyable.

“Already booking our next stay!”

The first room we stayed in had no working phone. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and we eventually moved to another room. We stayed for eight days, seven nights, and it was a wonderful experience. It was close to everything and less than thirty minutes from the beach. The hotel had been remodeled and we were in a safe location. The only thing that they could've improved would be the breakfast. I loved the waffles, but my fiance had a hard time not having meat for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to save a few dollars and rest well. We plan to visit for spring break in 2011.
