This Hyatt Place has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery, with a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a host, who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day.

The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar and a 24-hour touch-screen kiosk for ordering freshly prepared hot and cold items; guests pay by swiping either room key or credit card. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary hot buffet breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning. Complimentary amenities include use of the TV room with its 42-inch flat-panel screen and seating for four; use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area; parking; access to the fitness center; and hotel-wide wireless Internet access. An outdoor swimming pool and handicapped parking are on site.

Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 Housebroken household pets (defined as a dog) per room.

The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of $150.00 for the 1st pet and an additional $50.00 fee for
