Pros: I liked the spaciousness of the apartment. It was clean.
Cons: More comfortable furniture. The option to have maid service, even at additional charge would have been helpful.
Location: Great location, near everything you could need.
This was comfortable for an extended stay hotel, rooms mixed in among leased apartments. Unfortunately, daily maid service is not available. I felt there was no actual benefit in staying here as opposed to a traditional hotel since we still paid about the same per night. The apartment was clean and functionally furnished. Terrace door lock was broken and did not lock. The pool, gym, and other facilities were centrally located within the grounds so we had a long walk to actually get to them. Staff was fabulous. They were polite and very, very helpful.

Although the suite was very appealing in appearance and comfort, I was discouraged to find that under the bed and sofa liked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Also, there are doorstops behind every door, except the walk-in closet where the doorknob hits the mirror (unsafe).

While my wife and I had a single room at a competitive rate for the area, my friends shared a 2 bedroom/2 bath for almost the same price and therefore almost halved my cost. Other than that, it was a minimum 5 day stay that worked perfect for our winter break from NY weather. Maintenance responded promptly to our dead battery alert on the fire alarm ... and everything else went smoothly. Towel exchange midweek was not a one-for-one exchange ... we gave them back all towels including kitchen towels, they only provided bath towels and washclothes that covered us for the remainder of our stay ... no real biggy, but I hope they don't think we took their kitchen towels? Bed was firm and provided a relaxing sleep ... and we never heard an airplane even though the hotel was located close to the airport (which also was very convenient). All things considered ... great stay ...

The room had roaches in it. Called and complained left messages and no one comes to front desk until after 8am. I had business conference every morning and had to leave by 7am. Requested towels that didn't show up until the 2nd day at 11:30pm. I had to go out and buy towels. Left several messages and phone number with evening staff. I never received a response back. Horrible horrible

Was wonderful,just wished they had room service.Don't get me wrong,the privacy was great and we have no problem cleaning behind our selfs. But the going to the front office to get clean towels was a little bit of an issue when they are closed. i never heard of a hotel office to be closed at 6pm or at all at that matter. Office not open, then providing a washer and dryer for the extended stay guest would be a good call, expecially when there is a hook up for it.

We came for a church gathering and chose this property rather than the one the church used for the additional space for our family. The suite was adequate, the furniture was not very comfortable and we would like to have had a washer and dryer in the suite.

Great value for the money and a really nice place. However, this would not be a place for for anyone who expects immediate service as in a hotel. Now that I know, I can expect a 2 to 3 day wait for maintennance to address repairs such as a toilet not working (fortunately both bedrooms had bathrooms so we had the use of another toilet) and housekeeping to provide clean linen in a timely manner, I would return there. Whenever service is required, especially after 5:00 p.m or before 8:00 you have to leave a phone message which indicates someone will call back. Since I never received a return call from maintennance or housekeeing, I actually had to go to the registration office to have my problems addressed. It appears there is a separation of the conference center functions and the leasing office. That said, the location is conveniently located next to major highway, pool and exercise facilities were great. The resturant on premise provided excellent service and good food. Grounds were quite nice.

Beautiful stay. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Only one thing that I didn't like, no elevators. Hard to carry luggage to the third floor. Overall very very nice.
