This was a fantasic hotel. We had such a nice rm that was lrg and very comfortable. It's attached to a mall. So the entrance is tight and not that lovely. But the inside is very nice. The staff that we interacted with or saw were nice. Just seemed very busy and not a whole lot of ppl. We were there for an event near the stadium (which is a 30 mins walk). Would recommend. Just don't leave anything in ur car. Not sure where they park cars from the valet, but again it's mall. So just be aware.

I really liked this hotel. Except that I booked a double queen and they ran out of rooms and gave our party of three a king room. I asked for a discount on the room and after going back and forth they agreed on a $40 breakfast voucher. I felt like I practically had to beg for it. The inflatable mattress they brought to the room was kind of noisy. Not exactly what we wanted.

This is not what I would cause a 4-star property. Except for the Bartender on duty when I check in, this place should be rated 3 stars. Boxes on Room Service instead of plates and silverware, are just average. The room service menu and bar menu on the same item, i.e., wings are quite different. The wings on room service was excellent. The wings at the bar were subpar. While the location and the facilities are excellent. Several amenities are like going to a Quality Inn. Just not worth the price charged for the hotel. Expect more.

It was beautifully decorated hotel for the holidays. However my bed literally had a sink hole in it. When I advised the front desk they were not even concerned. They were booked up and seemed to not care. I stayed 3 day!
