Nice Hotel in Downtown

Close to restaurants and all downtown activities; Convenient to University of Tampa; Clean, Parking is extra so be prepared

Hotel is pretty nice, however parking is a joke. Paying to have to park in a unkempt unlit, parking lot across the street did leave me feeling a little Uneasy as we were 3 females traveling alone and arriving late.

The room was so-so; breakfast, included, was fine; small, adequate pool and hot tub; parking $15/day; staff not particularly helpful. For the price, it was OK, but I would pick another hotel next time.

Handicapped? Be specific about what you need

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was great. But that is about where all the good ends. There was too much furniture in the rooms, there was no place to set a suitcase. If you are looking for a handicap accessible room be specific about what you need, seems that they have two different types of handicap accessible rooms. When someone asks for a handicap accessible room you expect it to be easily accessible NOT AT THE OTHER END OF THE BUILDING FROM THE ELEVATOR. Over all I would rate this hotel a 2-3.

Very nice stay

Pros: I like the clean room. The hot tub was another plus.
Cons: a few more towels would be nice.
Location: The location was good. There were plenty of restaurants that were within walking distance.
We were only staying in Tampa for one night. The hotel was wonderful. When I checked in, I found that I was the "guest" of the day. This entitled me to one night free parking and a late check out. I was very excited to find this out. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hot tub was great. Not too hot like a lot of places. The pool was quiet and clean with plenty of seats. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only down was that they were stingy with the bath and hand towels. But we just had to ask.

Needs update

Pros: Friendly staff - great beds - nice breakfast - clean.
Cons: Furniture is definitely worn out and needs replacing
Location: Very convenient and nice location in Tampa. Safe and secure car parking, although had to pay extra for it!!
We enjoyed our stay and the facility was clean and well kept except that the furniture was definiteley showing lots of wear. To make this a top-notch hotel, they need to get new furnishings. Furniture obviously needs replacing. Beds were very comfortable!!
